You will need:

Scrapkit is the latest kit by Nicky
at Inzpired Creationz. It is a PTU kit called Sweet and Tender, and it can be
purchased through SATC. So refreshing to see a Valentine Day kit that isn’t
pink or red lol. Thanks Nicky! You can purchase this kit
Tube of choice. I used Sweet by
Keith Garvey. You can purchase these great tubes from Keith’s store
Mask of choice – I used OMask046 LT.
I’m not sure where I got this mask, so I have
supplied it. Please let me know if this is yours, and I will either remove, or
supply credits.
My supplies (frame and mask)
New canvas 700 x 700
Fill white.
Layers – new raster layer.
Selections – select all. Paste Paper 11 into selection.
Deselect.
Apply mask OMask0461 LT
In layers palette, merge group.
Copy my Heart 1 frame from supplies and paste as new
layer.
(If you want to make your own, you will
need to use MuraMeister Copies as follows:
Heart1 – Resize
25% and paste in centre of canvas.
Apply Murameister copies on encircle
changing the top three settings to 18 70 70. )
Duplicate frame. On bottom copy – adjust – blur –
radial blur strength 15.
On top copy, resize 110%, all layers unchecked.
Sharpen top frame and drop opacity to 80.
Click inside top frame with magic wand. Selections –
modify – expand 6.
Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 12 into
selection DO NOT DESELECT
Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 6 into
selection.
Deselect.
On Paper 12 adjust Hue
On Paper 6, drop opacity to about 65
Dropshadow top frame only.
Charm 2 – Resize 60%.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Tube – Dropshadow.
Gifts – Resize 75%
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Cupid 2 – Mirror. Resize 75% then 85%.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Bow 2 – Position at bottom centre – you
can move later if you need to
Dropshadow.
Champs –Position on right.
Dropshadow..
Card 2 – Mirror. Resize 60%. Free rotate
left 15.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Candy 3 – Resize 50% Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Champs flute – Position to the right.
Sharpen. Duplicate and slide right
and down.
Dropshadow both.
Candy 4– Resize 50% then 75%. Position to
the right between the two Champs flute layers.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Candy 1 – Resize 50% then 70%. Sharpen.
Duplicate and resize this one 80%.
Move to the left a bit.
Dropshadow both.
Butterfly 1 – Resize 30%. Sharpen.
Duplicate – mirror and resize 80%.
Duplicate smaller butterfly – mirror
and resize 85%.
Dropshadow all three.
Add any other embellishments of
choice.
Resize if desired.
Add copyright and name
