You will need:
Font of choice – I used Varsity Regular
Scrapkit called 4th of July by
LaCarolita. This is FTU and can be found
Tube of choice. I used Firecracker by Keith Garvey.
You can purchase Keith’s tubes from his store
Mask of choice – I used one called 0Mask046. I’m not
sure who this belongs to, so if it’s yours, please let me know and I will
either remove it, or give you credit for it. You can download it
Open new raster layer 700 x 700 and fill with white.
Layer – new raster layer. Selections – select all.
Paste Paper 4 into selection.
Deselect.
Apply mask. Merge group.
Duplicate mask. Mirror. Merge both mask layers
together.
Fireworks 1 – resize 85%.
Paste above mask layer. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Merge both copies together. Duplicate and slide up.
Dropshadow both.
Frame 2 – Resize 70% then 90%.
Paste above fireworks layer. Free rotate right 45.
Sharpen.
Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections –
expand 4.
Layers – new raster layer. Fill white.
Deselect.
Effects – texture effects – weave with settings
1, 2,
10, both colors #000067
Dropshadow frame.
Tube – Paste above frame and slide up slightly.
Dropshadow.
Bow 2 – Resize 40%. Paste above the frame layer, below the tube.
Slide right. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both
Misc 1 (Eagle wings) – Resize 90%. Paste above tube layer. Slide to
bottom Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Flower 8 – Resize 40% then 80%. Paste above fireworks layer
and slide left.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Flower 6 – Resize 40% then 75%. Paste above flower 8 layer
and slide left.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Flag– Resize 60%. Paste above Flower 6 layer. Free rotate right 20 and slide
to top right corner.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
