Tube of choice. I used American Beauty by Elias Chatzoudis. I bought this one through MPT, but you can now purchase these great tubes at

Mask of choice – I used WSL310

Lams Template 5, made by Laurie who is a friend of ours. Laurie has generously allowed me to include her template in supplies

Open template 5 by Laurie. Copy, and close original.

Delete copyright layer.

Click on raster 1 at the bottom, and floodfill white.

Add new raster layer. Floodfill with #00233d

Apply mask WSL310

Merge group
Stretch to edges.

Rectangle background – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen

Delete template layer

Rectangle frame – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer fill with white. DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – modify – expand 3. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #00233d.

Deselect.

Make sure white frame is above the blue one. Add inner bevel to white.

Dropshadow blue frame.

Delete template layer

Vertical bars background – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen

Delete template layer

Vertical bars – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer fill with white. Deselect.

Add inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Delete template layer

Circle background – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer fill with white. Deselect.

Delete template layer

Firework 3 – Resize 50%. Sharpen

Paste inside white circle

Duplicate – mirror - flip

Dropshadow both.

Firework red – Resize 50%. Sharpen

Paste inside white circle on opposite sides to blue firework 3

Duplicate – mirror - flip

Dropshadow both.

Circle frame – Click inside the lines of circle frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 2.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper red2 into selection.

Deselect. Sharpen.

In layers palette, move below circle frame.

Click back on circle frame layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer fill with #00233d.
Deselect.

Adjust – add noise random 60, with monochrome checked.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Delete template layer

Stars – Duplicate and merge down.

Give inner bevel of choice.
Dropshadow

Wordart – Duplicate and merge down.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – modify – expand 1. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #b12122.

Deselect.

Move red below white, and Dropshadow red only.

Tube – Paste tube as top layer. Dropshadow.

Star Scatter – Resize 50% and paste above mask layer top left.

Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
