Supplies
Scrap kit-I am using a gorgeous Freebie offered over at Candy Treats
called "I Love America" and may grab that
3 Tubes of Choice-I chose Elias Chatzoudis for my three tubes, but any 3 tubes with same artist will do. If you want the Elias Tubes, you need a licence to use and can purchase them from PTE
Mask-I am using Vix #147 which you can grab at her blog
Its the last star mask
Font- Using VNI-Duff

Paper 1 -Stars-Copy>Paste as a New Layer>
Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image>Vix147>ok
Sharpen>Drop shadow
Polaroid Cluster Frame-550x550>Paste into Layer
Sharpen>Drop shadow
Paper 2-Block-200x200>Paste into each Frame>
Sharpen>Drop shadow all
Open your three Tubes- I cropped each tube to fit in the frames>
Paste each tube inside frame and Duplicate each so they look like mine>
Firework Red- Paste behind frame at top>Duplicate layer>Move to right>
Sharpen>Drop shadow
Star Sprinkle-400x322> Paste to top Left behind Frame>Duplicate layer>
Paste to Bottom right under Frame>
Sharpen>Drop shadow both
Curly Ribbon-500x332> Paste to Left under frame as shown
Sharpen>Drop shadow
Firework 1-300x315>Copy>Paste to bottom Right>Duplicate layer> move to left>
Sharpen>Drop shadow
Firework 2-300x315> Paste to top middle behind frame>
Sharpen>Drop shadow
White Wrap-200x78- Paste at Bottom Frame>
Sharpen>Drop shadow
Flower 1-Paste at bottom of frame>Duplicate Layer>arrange next to each other

Bow 1-200x120>Paste to top right Frame as shown>

Star 1-Gold- 100x100> I colored my stars which is optional
