I had a good time creating this tag , and its easy peezy tonight for you all.
Supplies
Tube of Choice-
I am using Elias Chatzoudis "Georgia Tube"
which I just love that sexy look Chatz TY!.
You need a License to use the art, so go over to

Scrap kit-
I used another
Fabulous Christmas Theme called

Arrange the mask to be Smaller fitting to accent the First one when your happy with it then Merge Group-
Sharpen More- Clarify
Black Lacey Frame-
Re size- 550x550-
Paste as New Layer-Sharpen
Paper 5
Re size- 300x300- Paste inside the Frame
If you notice the frame shows some of your paper so erase
around the frame so it does not show through
Sharpen More-
Drop Shadow
Using these Settings
Vertical-3
Horizontal-3
Opacity-50
Blurr-5.00
Color- Black
Frosted Berries(Red)
Re size-100x296-Paste to left behind frame
Duplicate layer- Paste same
Sharpen- Drop shadow
Frosted Berries(Silver)
Repeat same as the Red ones -
Exception- Paste both of these layers over your frame to left
Open your Tube-
Paste inside your Frame- Arrange so your tube will be as big as mine even if
its inside your frame- because we are gonna
Duplicate Layer- Erase the bottom around the frame and it should appear
like the Tut example View

Paste Beside-Sharpen More- Drop shadow using same settings

Wooden Curl-Red
Re size-150x476-Paste behind frame on Right
Sharpen-Drop shadow

Re size- 100x317- Repeat same as Above, pasting behind the frame

Christmas Clock-
Re size 250x250- Paste to Bottom as

Tree Branch
Re size- 300x225-Paste under Pointsettas as Shown-
Duplicate Layer - Image- Mirror - Paste to Right under Clock
Sharpen- Drop shadow on both layers
Before we paste in the word art - Double check your creation that you like -
Layers- Merge Visible-
Sharpen
Now you are able to move your tag up and down to fit the Word art nicely
into the tut.
Word art-
Open "Santa Baby, I've been an awful good girl"
Paste so it works well in your upper Left Corner
Once your Satisfied- add copyright information
Merge Visible
Save Original- Add your Name Using Brush Flash Font on Ellie's Site
