You will need:
Font of choice – I used Coventry Garden
Scrapkit called Cutie Patootie by Scraps Dimensions
This a FTU kit
Tube of choice. I used Tami, By Carrie Hall. These tubes can be found at Up Your Art
Template 398 by Missy at Divine Intentionz
Open template. Shift D to copy – close original
Delete the top 3 layers and Shape 2 ( white )
Canvas size 700 x 700
Open background and refill with white
Layers – new raster layer - Selections – select all copy Paper 14 into selection. Deselect. Sharpen
Apply Mask WSL 4
Move thin rectangle ( pink one ) to the top in your layers palette
Selections – select all – Layers – new raster layer
Copy Paper 14 into selection.
Deselect
Sharpen twice
Give inner bevel of choice
Dropshadow
Delete original template layer
Wire Fence – Resize 70% twice
Free rotate left 15 and position over white background layer top left.
Duplicate – mirror - flip
Sharpen
Dropshadow
Merge 2 pink circles together. Adjust Hue & Saturation 187 134
Apply Xero Fritillary with settings

Sharpen
Merge 2 glittered circles together.
Move this layer above the purple circles.
Click on purple circles layer. Selections – select all – float – defloat
Click on white glittered circles and hit delete.
Deselect
Dropshadow white glittered circle frame.
Doodle 2 – Resize 80%. Flip
Position above frame2 layers
Duplicate – Mirror.
Sharpen
Dropshadow.
Merge together the 2 frame back layers ( the ones with pink / white gradient )
Position tube above frame backs layers. I wanted just her hair, but have whatever you like showing.
Duplicate tube – mirror. Merge together.
Click on frame backs layer. Selections – select all – selections – invert
Click on tubes and hit delete.
Deselect.
On tubes layer. Dropshadow
Layers – properties – luminance legacy
Drop opacity to 68
Merge together the 2 white Frames.
Dropshadow
Paper 2 – resize 75% and paste under black rectangle
Click on Black rectangle - Selections – select all – selections – invert
Click on paper 2 and hit delete
Dropshadow
Delete original template layer
Shape 1 – Adjust Hue & Saturation 232 181
Add frillary on same settings as before.
Sharpen
Bow 3 – Resize 40% then 60%
Free rotate left 20
Free rotate left 20
Sharpen
Duplicate – Mirror
Dropshadow both
String 2 – Resize 70%. Position at bottom of tag, over glitter circle layers
Background Glitter – Flip. Resize 60%
Position over mask layer at top left of tag.
Duplicate – mirror
Dropshadow both
Paste main tube. Dropshadow
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
