You will need:
Font of choice – I used Fairydust, found
Scrapkit by Mystical Illusionz called My Cali Rose FTU found
Tube of choice. I used Water Baby by Caron Vinson. I purchased this tube through CILM, but her work can now be found at
Mask of choice – I used WSL4
BP template 106 by Becky which can be found
Open BP template 106. Copy, and close original
Delete Layer 1 ( copyright ).
Dropshadow as you go
Resize 110% all layers checked
Image – canvas size 700 x 700
Click on white layer at the bottom and floodfill white
OK. To fill template layers . . . Selections – select all – float – defloat. Layers – new raster layer – paste paper into selection. Deselect. Sharpen.
Delete template Layer.
(Same method when filling with colour or gradient)
Click on white background and add new raster layer.
Selections – select all. Selections - float. Selections – defloat.
Layers – new raster layer
Paste Paper 25 into Selection.
Deselect.
Layers – load/save mask WSL 4 from disk
Merge group
Starting from the bottom layer, I used:
Rectangle scallop – Fill with colour #b4845a.
Add inner bevel. Dropshadow
Rectangle 2 – Paper 9
Effects – edge effects – enhance.

Circle Scallop - Fill with colour #b4845a.
Add inner bevel. Dropshadow
Circle – Paper 24.
Dropshadow
Diamond Rain ( from scrapkit) – Resize 60%. Paste above Circle layer.
Free rotate right 25. Sharpen.
Duplicate – mirror. Merge both together.
Duplicate this again – flip.
Dropshadow all diamond rain layers.
Rectangle 1 background – Paper 2
Sharpen. Dropshadow
Rectangle 1 – Paper 7.
Effects – texture effects – blinds with settings
4 30 colour #e69bb4, horizontal box unchecked.
Dropshadow.
Sparkling Stars (from scrapkit) – Resize 50%
Paste to right above Rectangle 1 layer. Duplicate – mirror.
Rainbow (from scrapkit) – Resize 60%. Paste above stars layer.
Frame Fill – Paper 9
Effects – texture effects – weave with settings 1 4 2 colour #e69bb4
Frame – Paper 17.
Inner bevel. Dropshadow.
Tube – Position above frame. Duplicate, and move one below frame.
Erase excess at the bottom of both tube layers.
Dropshadow top copy only.
Bubbles – Resize 35%. Position left over Rectangle 2 layer.
Free rotate left 25. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror
Bird – Resize 50%. Paste as top layer.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Fairy 2 – Resize 50% then 75%.
Sharpen. Dropshadow
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
