Open Pooker Template 193. Shift D to copy, then close original

Delete top credits layer,

Resize template 85%, all layers checked.

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Click on background layer at the bottom and floodfill white

Delete: Credit info, brown half circle, white dotted 7 and brown rectangles

Lights 2 (from scrapkit) – Paste above white background.

Slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

NO DROPSHADOW

Lights 1 (from scrapkit) – Paste above Lights 2.

Slide to top left corner.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

NO DROPSHADOW

Satin Ribbon 1 (from scrapkit) – Resize 60%.

Paste above Lights 1 layer.

Slide up and right.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

BLACK DOTTED SQUARES – Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

ORANGE CIRCLES – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 8 into selection.

Deselect.

Close template layer.

Sharpen paper.

Paste above the white circle 1 layer.

Free rotate left 45. Sharpen twice.

Slide left and position as desired.
Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

Tube – paste above bow 2 layers and slide into desired position.

Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
