MY FANTASY FTU

Any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Bavand, found

Template 417 by Missy at Divine Intentionz

Scrapkit by LaCarolita called My Fantasy. This lovely kit is FTU found

2 tubes of choice. I used Zartaxis and 014 by Anne Stokes.

but I have included these 2 tubes with supplies.

Mask of choice. I used  WSL84 by Wee Scots Lass.

Copy template, and close original.

Resize 90% all layers checked.
Image - canvas size 700 x 700, but click the UP arrow.

Fill background with white.

Delete layers 1 (copyright), 6 (rectangle back), 12 (Thin rectangle centre), 13 (centre rectangle), 17 (rectangle back)

Add new raster layer above the white background.
Selections - select all and fill with #665b82.
Deselect.
Apply mask WSL84.
Merge group.
Stretch mask to sides and top.

Zartaxis tube - resize 70%. Mirror. Sharpen. Dropshadow. Paste as top layer and move to left.
Tube 014 - resize 75%. Sharpen. Dropshadow. Paste as top layer and move into position so the flat top of the tree is at the top of the circle.

Small rectangle - In layers palette, move to the top and position over the 014 tube. Hides the bottom of the tube :)
Set foreground colour to #132E12 and background to #AAD77D
Make background gradient, Linear 0 degrees with 1 repeats.
Click on Small rectangle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect. Delete template layer.
Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Set foreground colour to #8A74B5 and background to #AAD77D
Make background gradient, Linear 45 degrees with 1 repeats.

Rectangle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with purple/green gradient. DO NOT DESELECT
Selections – modify – expand 4
Layers – new raster layer. Fill white.
Deselect. Delete template layer.
Click back on coloured rectangle.
Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.
Click on white rectangle and hit delete.
Deselect.
You should have a white frame above your coloured rectangle.
To white frame adjust – add noise Gaussian 80, mono checked.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Set foreground colour to #132E12 and background to #AAD77D
Make background gradient, Linear 90 degrees with 1 repeats.

Thin rectangle Left – Selections – select all.  Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with green gradient.
Deselect. Delete template layer.
Dropshadow.

Thin rectangle Right – Same as Thin rectangle left.

Circle Back - Selections – select all.  Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #132E12.
Deselect. Delete template layer.
adjust – add noise Gaussian 80, mono checked.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Circle – Selections – select all.  Selections – float. Selections – defloat.
Paste Paper 2 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT.
Selections – invert.
Click on tube 014 and using eraser tool, remove the excess at the top only.
Deselect.
Delete template layer.
To Paper 2 layer, add inner bevel of choice.

Merge Frame back down to Raster 18.

Set foreground colour to #132E12 and background to #AAD77D
Make background gradient, Linear 45 degrees with 3 repeats.

Raster 18 (merged frame backs) - Selections – select all.  Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with green gradient.
Deselect,
Effects – textures – texture. I used snakeskin with default settings. Repeat texture.


Frame - Selections – select all.  Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #132E12.
Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow
Delete template layer

Rectangle - Resize Paper 2 80%
Adjust – Hue & Saturation 183   93
Paste below the Rectangle.
Click on rectangle. Selections - select all. Selections - float. Selections - defloat. Selections - invert.
Click on paper 2 and hit delete.
Deselect.
Sharpen.
Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.
Delete template layer.


Star 1 – Move to the right
Star 2 – Move to the left
Merge both star layers together.
Adjust – Hue & Saturation 183   93
Adjust – add noise Gaussian 80, mono checked
Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Stars - Selections - select all. Selections - float. Selections – defloat.
Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #AAD77D.
Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.
Delete template layer.

Bird 1 – Resize 30% then 90%.
Position to right of small rectangle.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror and move up to desired position on left.
Dropshadow both.

Decoration 6 (mushrooms) – Resize 50% then 80%.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Fairydust 1  - Mirror. Place to the left.

Close white background and mask layers.
Merge visible all other layers.
Centralize ( Easiest way is to cut - Ctrl X, then paste - Ctrl V )
Re-open mask layer and move into a position you like. Stretch if necessary.
Merge visible.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
