Mask of choice – I used WSL84

Open new raster layer 700 x 700 and floodfill white
Layer – new raster layer. Selections – select all
Paper1 paste into selection. Deselect.
Apply mask WSL84
Stretch to sides, and down.
Reduce opacity to 59
Open Lacarolita frames. Frame 3 ( white one) Resize 50%. Copy & paste on top of mask layer
Adjust Hue & Saturation to 38 252
Sharpen.
Daisies2 Resize 60%. Paste over frame on left.
Free rotate left 10
Sharpen. Sharpen More
Decor2 Resize 60%. Flip
Paste over frame, under daisies.
Erase the bit sticking up.
Sharpen
Decor Resize 40%. Sharpen twice. Paste over decor2.
Duplicate, mirror, flip and move to the left as shown on my tag
Daisies Resize 50% then 80%. Paste on top left of frame.
Free rotate left 25. Sharpen, duplicate – mirror
Bird2 Resize 30%. Mirror. Sharpen twice & paste over daisies.
Pond Resize 80%. Sharpen
Paste on top of frame layer as shown in my tag.
Flower1 (daffodils) Resize 30%. Mirror. Sharpen
Paste under frame on left as shown.
Set FG to #257ba1 and BG to #c6e6f4
Make a FG gradient 45 degrees and 1 repeat
Click inside frame & expand by 8. New raster layer under frame & fill with gradient. DO NOT DESELECT
Effects – Mura Meister cloud. Change settings to effect 100, amount 33, grain 3 – All other settings on 0. Deselect.
Set opacity to 73
Select – float – defloat – new raster layer under the blue – fill white – deselect
Butterfly4 Resize 20% then 80% Sharpen
Layer duplicate mirror & resize as desired.
Tube Copy & paste ( I used the one with the mushroom ).
Add words at the top if desired
Dropshadow all layers except the mask
Crop & resize to your liking
Add copyrights.
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
