PROUDLY AMERICAN FTU

Any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Varsity Regular

USA 2010 scrapkit by Addictive Pleasures FTU found

Tube of choice. I used Liberty 2011 by Keith Garvey. Keith’s tubes can be found at PTE
 HERE



Open a new canvas 700 x 700 and fill white.

Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all.
Paste Fireworks into selection. Deselect. Mirror
Duplicate – Mirror - Flip

Fluffy Hearts -  Resize 50% Free rotate left 25. Duplicate – mirror.
Move together and merge down.
Mura Meister Copies. Encircle. Change first three numbers to 10  60  60 and leave the rest at default settings.

Set Foreground to #980000 and Background to #1c3f87. Make BG gradient 45 degrees and 1 repeat.

Click inside frame and expand selection by 8
Fill with gradient and deselect.
Effects – textures – weave with the following settings
2        8  1  colours white and white.

Add tube on top of frame.

Beads – Mirror. Position above white background bottom left. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Flag – Resize 60%. Free rotate right 25. Position over frame on right. Duplicate – mirror. Erase any sticking out at bottom.

Diamond String – Position over frame on left.

Bow 3 – Resize 75%. Position over diamond string. Duplicate – mirror and move down.

Banner – Resize 80%

Chain – Resize 50%. Erase parts so it looks as if the girl is holding it.


Add any other embellishments of choice.

Dropshadow everything except the gradient layer

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
