You will need:
Font of choice – I used A Charming font superexpanded, found
Scrapkit called Midnight Hour by Tinabug Creations FTU found
Sparkles by PunkyButt
Tube of choice. I used a gorgeous FTU tube by Anna Rigby.

Mask of choice – I used WSL4
Dropshadow I used was V&H 2, Opacity 30, Blur 3, except for frame where I used V&H 3, Opacity 50, Blur 10
New canvas 700 x 700 and floodfill white
Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all, paste Paper 12 into selection. Deselect.
Apply Mask WSL 4. Merge group.
Frame 3 – Resize 70%. Free rotate right 90. Sharpen

Make gradient 45 degree 3 repeats.
Click inside frame – make sure you get the 4 small areas at the sides.
Selections – modify – expand 3
Layers – new raster layer – fill with gradient.
Deselect, and move gradient layer below frame.
Dropshadow frame 3 3 50 10
Paste close up tube over gradient, and add light dropshadow .
Remove excess ( easiest way is to select gradient layer with magic wand, selections – invert, and click delete on tube layer) .
On tube layer – go to layers – properties – luminance legacy.
Drop opacity to 50
PB Sparkles 1 – resize 80&. Free rotate right 90
Paste over tube. Sharpen and delete excess in same way as you did the tube.
Carriage 5 – resize 50%. Mirror
Resize Main tube about 85% and paste so it looks like she’s sort of sitting on carriage.
Leaf 3 – Resize 50% twice. Flip. Paste over frame on right.
Leaf 4 – Resize 50% then 35%. Free rotate right 30
Leaf 1 – Resize 50% then 40%
Glitter rose 3 – Resize 60% then 80%. Paste over leaves.
Duplicate – mirror. Resize 80% and move back over to the right
Candle 1 – Resize 20%.
Using lasso tool, select all except the flame and wick.
Adjust hue & saturation 135 251
Position under leaves
Heart 1 – Resize 50%. Flip.
Place over candle to the right. Duplicate – mirror and move back
Dragonfly 1 – Resize 40% then 60%. Free rotate left 15. Sharpen
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
