You will need:
Font of choice – I used Bellbottom Laser, FTU font found
Scrapkit called Hotel California by
Digicats. Part of a FTU blogtrain
Tube of choice. I used one by Jessica Dougherty. This
tube was purchased through CILM, but her work can now be found at
Mask of choice – I used WSL84 which can be found
Open new raster layer 700 x 700 and floodfill white
Layer – new raster layer – selections select all - paste Paper
07 into selection. Deselect
Apply mask WSL84.
Merge group.
Stretch mask to fill canvas.
Duplicate – Mirror
Merge both together.
Glitter Splatter – Paste over
mask in bottom left corner.
Duplicate – mirror – flip.
Dropshadow
both.
Day Lily – Paste above glitter splatter layer, in top left
corner.
Duplicate – mirror – flip.
Dropshadow both.
Frame 01 – Paste as new layer.
Tube - Paste over Frame
01 and position as desired. Dropshadow.
Click inside Frame with magic wand. Selections –
modify – expand 3
Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 07 into selection.
Deselect.
Dropshadow Frame 01
Move Paper 07 circle underneath frame.
Sparkles – Resize 60% and position over Paper 07 circle.
Sharpen
Diamonds – Position to the left, above the frame.
Dropshadow.
Pine Tree – Resize 70%. Sharpen.
Position to the right.
Duplicate – mirror, and move it back to sit against
the other tree, but slightly down.
Dropshadow both.
Ribbon 02 – Position at the bottom, over the tube.
Dropshadow.
Dropshadow.
Candle – Position to the left.
Dropshadow.
Dropshadow.
Shoe & Pearls – Resize 40%. Sharpen.
Position over Candle. Dropshadow.
Pink Champagne
Position to the right.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Desert Rose – Resize 35%. Position left, under the shoe &
pearls layer.
Sharpen.
Duplicate – Mirror. Resize 70% and in layers palette
move up above the Pink Champagne layer.
Dropshadow both.
Day Lily – Flip. Resize 25%.
Position under the Desert Rose on the left. Sharpen.
Duplicate and move to the right.
Duplicate – flip and move down to the bottom of the
tag (see mine).
Dropshadow all 3.
Butterfly – Resize 20%. Sharpen.
Duplicate – mirror and position as desired.
Dropshadow both.
Dropshadow both.
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
