You will need:
Font of choice – I used Steampunk, found
Scrapkit is a great kit called Steampunk by Nika of
Devilish Designz.
Nika’s
kits are being sold at ScrapsnCompany. You can purchase them
Tube of choice. I used a matching one by Danny Lee
called Steampunk.
Thes tubes can also be purchased from ScrapsnCompany
Mask of choice – I used 0Mask011
I’m not sure where I got this mask, so I have
supplied it. Please let me know if this is yours, and I will either remove, or
supply credits.
Open a new raster 700 x 700 and fill white.
Layers – new raster layer.
Selections – select all. Paste Paper 4 into selection.
Apply mask 0Mask 11
In layers palette, merge group.
Stretch to all edges.
Frame 2 – Resize 85%.
Paste above the mask layer. Free rotate Right 90.
Sharpen.
Click inside frame with magic wand.
Selections – modify – expand 3.
Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 4 into selection.
Deselect.
Sharpen paper
Dropshadow frame.
In layers palette, move paper to sit below the frame
layer.
Element 13 (peacock feather) – Mirror. Resize 60%. Paste above frame layer.
Sharpen.
Slide to bottom left corner.
Duplicate. Slide up.
Duplicate again. Slide up
Dropshadow all three.
Element 22 (Gears) – Resize 40%. Paste above element 13 layer and slide
to the bottom left corner.
Sharpen. Dropshadow
Element 2 (lamp) – Resize 70% then 90%. Paste above element 22 layer
and slide left.
Sharpen.

Element 7 (Grass) – Paste above element 2 layer and slide to bottom
left corner.

Element 36 (Cobblestones) – Resize 80%. Paste above element 7 layer.
Sharpen.

Element 40 (Leaf) – Resize 75% twice. Paste above element 36 layer,
slide down and left.
Sharpen.
Dropshadow.
Element 18 (Mushrooms) – Resize 60%. Paste above element 40 layer.
Slide left.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Element 35 (Flower scatter) – Resize 60%. Erase all except the bottom three
flowers. Paste above element 18 layer and slide to the bottom left.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Tube – If using the same one as me, resize 68%. Paste above element 35
layer.
Slide to top right corner.
Dropshadow.
Element 34 (Frog) – Resize 60% then 80%. Paste above Tube layer and
slide to the bottom left.
Sharpen. Dropshadow
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
