OK Lets Begin
New Image 700x700
Open your Mask Minimize
Paper 18- resize>700x700>Copy,Paste New Layer
Layers>New Mask Layer> From Image> Hit your Mask 86
Layers>Merge> Merge Group
Element 42-Frame> Resize 500x500
Copy>Paste>Sharpen> Dropshadow
Paper 17-Resize 500x500>Paste as New layer
Move Paper Under Frame.Raster Deform Tool to Adjust
Erase any extra paper over the Frame
Open Tube> I used the Closeup> Paste into frame
Position to your liking erase any excess at bottom> Duplicate
Layer> and Repeat same steps so it looks like creation

Word art is layered so we are gonna Red X out the "is beauty"
and also the Credit Information
Highlight Imperfection >resize 325x116
I changed the Color to #88486c
Copy n Paste at top of Tag
Now Red x Imperfection and untick "is Beauty"
Copy > Paste> and using your Raster Deform Tool Position
a lil smaller as shown in mine
Add Your Copyright Information
Layers>Merge> Merge Visable> Sharpen
Add Your Name and done!
