Open Your Tube- Using Crop Tool- I cropped tube to shoulder-
Paste into your Frame- Erase any extra tubing outside your frame and make sure
that top of tube is bigger than top of frame as we are going to Duplicate layer
Layers-Duplicate- Erase bottom of your tube so the frame is showing
and all your elements. Sharpen-Drop shadow
Wordart- Love- 300x126- Paste to Left Center as shown
