Mask of choice. I used Creative Misfits Fall Mask 1.

New canvas 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 1 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch to all edges.

Frame 2 – Resize 80%.

Paste above mask layer.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow

.

Paper 4 – Resize 50%.

Paste above mask layer, under frame.

Sharpen.

Erase any paper showing outside the frame.

Element 17 – Flip. Resize 85%.

Paste above mask layer and slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen.
Dropshadow.

Element 47 (pinecones) – Resize 40%.

Paste above frame layer and slide to top left. Position on corner of frame.

Sharpen.

Element 28 (rope bow) – Resize 35%.

Paste above pinecones layer and slide to top left.

Sharpen.

Element 46 (bubbles) – Mirror. Resize 80%.

Paste above rope bow layer.

Free rotate right 90 and slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Element 3 (grass) – Resize 80%.

Paste above bubbles layer.

Slide to top right corner.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Resize 75% and slide down

Tube – Position above grass layers.

Slide to the right.

Sharpen.

Element 22 (leaf) – Resize 50%.

Paste above tube layer.

Slide to bottom left.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Slide this copy to bottom right corner

Dropshadow both.

Element 14 (birdbath) – Resize 40%.

Paste above element 22 layer.

Slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow

Element 49 (bird) – Resize 20%.

Paste above birdbath layer.

Slide to sit on birdbath.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Resize 80% and slide to sit on birdbath

Dropshadow both

Element 6 (Leaf) – Resize 50% then 70%.

Paste above bird layers.

Slide to bottom right.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror - flip.

Slide to bottom left.

Dropshadow both.

Element 12 (berries) – Resize 40%.

Paste above element 6 layers.

Slide to bottom right corner.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 10 (watch) – Resize 35% then 80%.

Paste above element 12 layer.

Slide down and left slightly.

Free rotate Left 20

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 33 (Pot) – Mirror. Resize 60% then75%.

Paste above element 10 layers.

Slide to bottom right.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 21 (twigs) – Resize 75%.

Paste above element 33 layer.

Slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 15 (flowers) – Resize 80% then 70%.

Paste above element 21 layer.

Free rotate Left 90

Slide to bottom centre.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Resize if desired.
