You will need:
Font of choice – I used Aunt Judy,
found

Tube of choice. I used Enticing by Keith

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask046 LT.
I’m not sure where I got this mask,
so I have supplied it. Please let me know if this is yours, and I will either
remove, or supply credits.

Open new canvas 700 x 700.
Fill white
Layers – new raster layer.
Selections – select all. Paste Paper 5 into selection.
Deselect.
Apply mask 0Mask046 LT
In layers palette, merge group.
Frame 3 – Paste as new layer.
Click inside frame with magic wand.
Selections – modify – expand 6.
Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 12 into selection.
Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 12 into selection.
Deselect.
Dropshadow frame.
Tulle 2 (red) – Paste below paper heart and slide
to bottom left of canvas. Duplicate – mirror.
Back to the original and duplicate
again. Flip this one and move it to the left a little. Duplicate - mirror.
Back to original again. Duplicate
and slide up a little to fill the gap in the centre. Duplicate – mirror.
Merge all 6 tulle 2 layers together.
Dropshadow.
Scattered Gem Heart – Position bottom left above Tulle
2 layer.
Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Halftone 2 – Flip. Resize 75% and position top
left above scattered gem heart layer.
Sharpen. Duplicate – Mirror.
Merge both these layers together.
Effects – edge effects – enhance.
Dropshadow.
Tulle 1 (white) – Paste above the Paper heart and
slide to the top.
Duplicate – flip, and slide up.
Merge both these tulle layers
together and erase any excess showing outside the frame.
Effects – edge effects – enhance.
Drop opacity to 78.
Dropshadow.
Drop opacity to 78.
Dropshadow.
Eiffel tower 1 – Resize 70% and paste above tulle
1 layer.
Effects – edge effects – enhance
more.
Dropshadow.
Clouds – Position under the tower.
Duplicate and move one layer down a
bit. Merge both cloud layers together
Erase any excess sticking out of the
frame.
Dropshadow.
Scattered hearts 1 – Flip. Position above the frame at
the top. Dropshadow.
Doodle 1 – Free rotate right 45. Position on
the left.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Merge
both layers together.
Dropshadow.
Umbrella – Resize 75% then 80%. Free rotate
right 25.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Hearts 3 – Resize 75% then 80%. Dropshadow.
Tube – Position to the right. Dropshadow.
Fifi – Resize 50%. Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Add any other embellishments of
choice
