You will need:

Font of choice – I used Alba Matter, found

Close-up tube of choice. I used BBLove by Ismael Rac. These tubes can be purchased through Rac’s store

Scrapkit is called Hard Core Valentine by Nicky at Inzpired Creationz. This gorgeous kit can be purchased from SATC

Mask of choice. I used  0Mask046. I am unsure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will add credits.

Template - I used DBV Valentine 03 which can be found under Valentine templates

Open DBV Valentine Template 03. Copy, and close original.

Resize 115% all layers checked.

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Click on Raster 1 at the bottom and floodfill white

Delete top two layers.

Add new raster layer on top of white background. Selections – select all. Paste Paper 8 into selection. Deselect

Apply mask 0Mask046.

Merge group.

Duplicate mask and merge both mask layers together.

In layers palette, move Raster 3 (glitter oval) to sit above Raster 4 (oval).

Click on oval. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Click on Glitter oval and hit delete.

Deselect.

You should be left with a frame.

Rename these layers OVAL and OVAL FRAME.

OK – Time to add some colour by filling our template layers.

Starting at the bottom.

Raster 2 (scallop shape) - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 6 into selection.
Deselect.

Sharpen paper 6.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Rename SCALLOP

OVAL -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.
Deselect.

Sharpen paper 9.

Delete template layer.

OVAL FRAME - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with black.
Deselect.

Adjust – add noise uniform 80, monochrome box checked.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow

Delete template layer.

Raster 5 (heart) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 12 into selection.
Deselect.

Free rotate right 20. Sharpen

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Rename LG HEART TOP

Raster 6 (heart) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 12 into selection.
Deselect.

Free rotate left 20. Sharpen

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Rename LG HEART BOTTOM

Raster 7 (small heart) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.
Deselect.

Free rotate left 20. Sharpen

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Rename SM HEART TOP

Set foreground to #eda2f4 and background to #95007e. Make background gradient    angle 315 with 1 repeat (darker color outside)

Raster 8 (rectangle) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Effects – texture effects – blinds with settings 5  25  black. Horizontal box unchecked.

Rename TOP RECT

Raster 9 (rectangle frame) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 8 into selection.
Deselect.

Sharpen Paper 8.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer

Rename TOP RECT FRAME

Raster 10 (rectangle) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with same gradient as before, but change angle to 45. Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Rename BOTTOM RECT

Raster 11 (rectangle frame) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 8 into selection.
Deselect.

Sharpen Paper 8.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer

Rename BOTTOM RECT FRAME

Raster 12 (small heart) -  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.
Deselect.

Free rotate right 20. Sharpen

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Rename SM HEART TOP

Raster 13 (white valentine glitter) -  Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Set foreground to black and background to #95007e  . Make background gradient    angle 0 with 1 repeat (Black top and bottom)

Raster 14 (red valentine) – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Merge down to the white glitter valentine.

Rename WORDART

That’s all the template layers sorted. Now we can add some elements from Nicky’s kit.

Glass – Free rotate right 90. Paste above mask layer and slide to top right corner.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Merge both together.

Duplicate - Flip.
Dropshadow both

Glow Lights – Paste above Oval Frame layer and slide to bottom right corner.

Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.

Flower 1 – Resize 75%. Paste above Large Heart Bottom layer and slide far right and down a bit.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Slide this copy to the bottom left of your tag.

Dropshadow both.

Heart String 2 – Paste above SM HEART BOTTOM layer and slide to the left.

Dropshadow.

Tube - Paste above Heartstring 2 layer and slide right.

Dropshadow.

Erase any part of tube sticking down under wordart.

Heartstring 1 – Resize 60% and paste above tube layer.

Slide left and sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Sparkles 2 – Resize 70%. Paste above Heartstring 1 layer.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Brad – Resize 40%. Paste above Sparkles 2 layer. Slide to sit above top point of sparkles.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Ribbon 1 –  Paste above Brad layer and slide to bottom left.

Duplicate. In layers palette, move one copy to sit between tube and wordart layers.

On top copy, erase parts of ribbon so it weaves in and out of wordart.

Dropshadow top copy.

Candy 2 – Resize 50% then 70%. Paste above Ribbon 1 layer.

Slide to left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments if you want to.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
