My grey scalloped frame
Open new canvas size
700 x 700
Fill white
Element
13 (shamrock frame)
Flip
Paste as new layer.
Drop opacity to 56
Grey

Paste above element
13 layer.
Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat.
Layers – new raster
layer.
Paste Paper 2 into selection.
Deselect.
Delete template
layer.
Sharpen paper.
Give inner bevel of
choice
Dropshadow.
Set foreground color
to #e9f3ca and background to #426813
Make a gradient 0
degrees with 1 repeat.
(Dark green should be
at top and bottom).
Click inside scalloped frame with your magic wand.
Selections – modify –
expand 2.
Layers – new raster
layer.
Fill with gradient.
Deselect.
Deselect.
In layers palette,
move gradient below frame.

Resize 80%.
Paste above gradient
layer and slide up.
Sharpen.
DO NOT DROPSHADOW.
