You will need:
Font of choice – I used Alba Matter,
found
Scrapkit is Plum Perfect, a FTU kit
from Gimptastic scraps.
You can download this kit
Tube of choice. I used one by Keith
Garvey called New Year 2012. You can purchase Keith’s fantastic tubes from his
shop
Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 011
I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is
yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.
You can download this mask.
Open a new raster 600 x 600 and fill
white.
Layers – new raster layer.
Selections – select all. Paste Paper 4 into selection.
Deselect.
Apply mask 0Mask 011
In layers palette, merge group.
Stretch mask to all edges.
Frame 1 – Resize 110%
Paste above the mask layer.
Stretch up and down.
Sharpen.
Dropshadow.
Frame 3 – Resize 80%.
Paste above the Frame 1 layer.
Duplicate. On bottom copy, Free
rotate left 20, and slide as far left as you can. Slide down slightly so the
top corners are touching.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Merge both rotated frames together,
Rename DOUBLE FRAME
Rename the middle frame FRAME
Paper 4 – resize 95% and paste below DOUBLE
FRAME.
Duplicate paper, and in layers
palette, move to sit below FRAME.
Click inside FRAME with magic wand.
Selections – modify – expand 3.
Selections – invert. Click on paper
directly below FRAME and hit delete.
Deselect
Sharpen paper
Dropshadow frame.
Click inside both sides of DOUBLE
FRAME with magic wand.
Selections – modify – expand 3.
Selections – invert. Click on paper
directly below DOUBLE FRAME and hit delete.
Deselect
Sharpen paper
Dropshadow frame.
Tree – Paste under DOUBLE FRAME (above double
frame paper) layer.
Adjust – Hue & Saturation –
Colorize 0 0 (it should go black)
Free rotate left 20. Erase trunk.
and slide to the bottom left corner..
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Merge
both trees together.
Erase top of trees outside the frame
at the top only
Dropshadow.
Swirls – Paste above tree layers and slide
to the bottom left corner.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow.
Feather – Resize 80%. Paste above Double
Frame layer.
Free rotate right 40 and slide to
the bottom right corner.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Path – Flip. Paste above feather layers
and slide to the top left corner.
Erase the two smallest stones.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Bullrushes – Paste above FRAME layer.
Adjust – Hue & Saturation –
Colorize 0 0 (it should go black)
Slide to the right .
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Tube – Position as desired above the
bulrushes layers.
Dropshadow.
Dropshadow.
Leaf – Mirror. Paste above tube layer.
Slide to the bottom right corner.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Fruit 2 – Paste above leaf layer and slide
to the bottom centre.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Bottles –Paste above Fruit 2 layer and
slide to the bottom left corner.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Bird –Resize 80%. Paste above bottles
layer and slide to the bottom right.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Butterfly – Resize 70%. Paste above Bird
layer and position as desired.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Add any other embellishments of
choice.
Erase the bottom part of your tube.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
