You will need:
Font of choice – I used Coventry Garden
Mystik Gothic scrapkit by Fantasy Moments. Gorgeous FTU kit found
Tube of choice. I used Goth Princess close up by Keith Garvey. I purchased mine through MPT, but Keith’s work can now be found at PTE
Mura Meister Copies filter, found
Open a new canvas 700 x 700 and fill white.
Element 60 ( pink bead frame) – Resize 90%. Paste
Duplicate, and resize this one another 89%.
Dropshadow both
Element 59 ( black bead frame) – Resize 85%. Free rotate right 5

Element 39 ( pink flower) – Resize 30% then 60%.
Paste in centre of your canvas.
Paste in centre of your canvas.
Apply murameister copies – encircle, changing the top 3 settings to 20 75 75, and leaving all others as default.
Move this layer to the bottom of the layer palette, over the white background.
Adjust – blur – radial 20
Set foreground colour to #430019 and background to #ca92af
Make foreground gradient using the Sunburst option, repeats 0
Click inside the smallest pink frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand by 6
Layers – new raster layer and fill with gradient.
Deselect.
Apply texture of choice, if desired. I used one that came with my computer called sidewalk.
Move this gradient layer down under the blurred flower layer.
Element 22 ( black teardrops) – Resize 75% and paste over the gradient filled circle. Adjust – add noise Gaussian 50 with monochrome box checked.
Sharpen & Dropshadow.
Delete excess
You should now have the following layers, starting from the bottom:
White background
Gradient fill
Black teardrops
Blurred flower Layer
Large pink bead frame
Smaller pink bead frame
Black bead frame
Tube – Position over black bead frame.
Duplicate and move one down to sit over the blurred flower layer.
Delete excess, and dropshadow top tube only.
Element 40 ( doodle) – Resize 50%
Free rotate right 90 and paste to the right over the white background layer.
Duplicate – Mirror.
Merge together and Dropshadow.
Element 16 ( pink flowers) – Resize 60% then 70%
Free rotate right 20 and paste to the right over the frame.
Sharpen. Duplicate – Mirror.
Dropshadow.
Element 10 ( banner) – Resize 50%
Dropshadow
Element 13 ( black flowers) – Resize 60% twice.
Free rotate right 20 and paste to the right over the banner.
Sharpen. Duplicate – Mirror.
Dropshadow
I added words to the banner at this point – your choice
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
