You will need:
Font of choice – I used Alba Matter
American Girl scrapkit by Sophisticated Simone FTU found
Tube of choice. I used Liberty2011 by Keith Garvey. His tubes can be found at PTE
Mask of choice – I used WSL84
Open a new canvas 700 x 700 and fill white.
Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all.
Paste Paper 4 into selection. Deselect.
Layers – load/save mask – load from disk. Source luminance & hide all mask checked.
In layers palette, merge group.
Lower opacity to 72.
Copy & paste Frame 09. Resize 90%. Free rotate right 45. Sharpen
Position close up tube under frame.
Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections – modify -expand by 8
Layers – new raster layer. Fill white. DO NOT DESELECT
Layers – new raster layer Copy Paper 4 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT
Selections – invert, click on tube and hit delete.
NOW you can deselect lol
Lower opacity of Paper 4 to 73
Dropshadow tube and frame
Close off white background and merge visible. Rename “Main tube”. Re-open background.
Duplicate main tube layer. Resize BOTTOM copy 95% and move slightly to the right and down. Free rotate right 15.
Duplicate – mirror. Merge these 2 layers together and rename “merged tubes”.
Element 070 (wire) – Using selection tool (or eraser), remove the parts with the butterfly & the flowers, so you have a sort of square bit of wire. (You don’t have to be to fussy about the shape.)
Free rotate left 25. Position over white background bottom left and Sharpen.
Duplicate – mirror, and merge together.
Duplicate and resize 90%. Flip.
Dropshadow both wire layers.
Element 04 (white flower) – Resize 60% then 90%. Flip.
Position top left over wire layer. Duplicate – Mirror.
Dropshadow both.
Element 037 (blue doodle) – Resize 60%
Adjust hue and saturation 166 242
Adjust brightness & contrast minus 40 +5
Free rotate right 15 and position on right under merged tubes layer.
Duplicate – mirror.

Element 038 (red doodle) – Resize 60%.
Position on right over blue doodle layers.

I alternated my doodle layers, because it looked a bit better for some reason, so from the bottom I had the following layers
Right red
Right blue
Left blue
Left red
Element 034 (banner) – Place under main tube layer at the bottom of your tag.
Dropshadow
Element 026 (pendant) – Resize 75% and paste over main tube layer at right. Erase part so it looks as if it is hooked over.
I added wording at this point.
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
