Open Kandee NY2013 Collab2 Template.

Copy, and close original

Resize 90%, all layers checked.

Image - Canvas size 700 x 700.

Delete Top 4 layers (copyright plus 3 x wordart layers), champagne d/s, scalloped frames shadow, black rectangle back , black rectangle back shadow,

Click on background at the bottom.

Fill with white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask WSL4

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch mask to all edges.

Firework (from kit) – Resize 60%. Position above mask layer and slide to top left corner.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – Flip.

Dropshadow both.

Set foreground to #cf2e33 and background to Black. Make background Gradient linear, 90 degrees with 1 repeat (black should be your outside color)

Rust Rectangle – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Beads (from kit) – Resize 50%. Sharpen. Position above rust rectangle gradient layer and line up in centre at top. Duplicate - Flip. move up a bit. Merge both beads layers together

Dropshadow.

Top Tan Circle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Bottom Tan Circle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow

New Year Sparkles (from my supplies) – Paste above mask layer, and slide to the top.

Duplicate – flip.

Top black rectangle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow

Bourgainville (from kit) – Resize 50%. Free rotate left 25 and position to the left.

Sharpen. Duplicate – flip, and slide to the left and up a bit.

Dropshadow both.

Bottom black rectangle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 6 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow

Set foreground color to #cf2e33 and background to e4d36b

Make background gradient 45 degrees with 1 repeat. (darker color to the outside)

Green rectangle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.

Deselect.

Effects – texture effects – weave with settings 1  4  50, both colors  #e4d36b.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Set foreground color to White and background to #e4d36b

Make background gradient 45 degrees with 1 repeat. (darker color to the outside)

Scalloped Frames background - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.

Deselect.

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 40 monochrome checked

At this point you can add any words you want to. I used Champagne and Limousines font.

Scalloped Frames - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with Black.

Deselect.

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 80 monochrome checked

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Stars – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #e4d36b

Deselect.

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 80 monochrome checked

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Stars (from kit) – Resize 75%. Free rotate left 15

Sharpen. Slide left. Dropshadow.

Glitter masquerade mask – Resize 75% then 90%. Free rotate left 25. Sharpen.

Position above stars layer and slide left.

Dropshadow.

Masquerade mask – Resize 40% then 70%. Free rotate right 25. Sharpen.

Position above glitter mask layer and slide left.

Dropshadow.

Metallic champagne glass – Resize 50%. Sharpen. Duplicate. Move top copy to right and down a bit. Dropshadow both.

Tiara – Resize 50% then 80%.

Free rotate left 15.

Sharpen twice. Dropshadow.

Tube – Resize and paste as desired.

Add any other embellishments of choice
