Tube of choice. I used the elements from the scrapkit J

Mask of choice – I used WSL4 by Wee Scots Lass

Open Kandee NY2013 Collab2 Template.

Copy, and close original

Resize 110%, all layers checked.

Image - Canvas size 700 x 600.

Delete Top 10 layers (Credits, all word art layers, and streamers)

Open background at the bottom.

Fill with white

Layers – new raster layer.

Fill black

Apply mask WSL4

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch mask to all edges.

Duplicate mask and merge down

Mat Black –  Dropshadow.

Mat Patterned – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 11 into selection.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Sharpen paper 11. Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Branch (from kit) – Flip. Position above the mat patterned layer and slide up and right.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Dropshadow both.

Black side squares – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Effects – Texture effects - blinds with settings as follows:

6   40  color #ff0000

Both boxes checked.

 Dropshadow.

Star Border - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 15 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 80, monochrome checked

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Oval - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 4 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow

DottedOval - Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow

Long Frame Backs - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 8 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Effects – Texture effects - blinds with settings as follows:

6   40  color #ff0000

UNCHECK Horizontal box.

 Dropshadow.

Long Frames – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 13 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 80, monochrome checked

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Red Squares - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow

Resize Paper 1 80% then 85% and paste as a new layer above Black Stripes 2. Duplicate paper 1 and close off for now.

Click on Black Stripes 2. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on Paper 1 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Glitter Oval- Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 10 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Dropshadow

Open the copy of Paper1. In layers palette, move it up to sit above Black Stripes 1.

Click on Black Stripes 1. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on Paper 1 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Large Frame Back- Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 13 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

At this point you can add any words you want to. To get the same effect as me:

Brady Bunch Remastered font.

Resize Paper 11 by 50% and set as background pattern with angle 0 and scale 100.

Foreground color white.

Inner bevel and Dropshadow.

Large Frame - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen Paper.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow

Music Notes (red ones) – Paste above the large frame layer and slide to bottom right.

Dropshadow.

Triple hearts – Resize 70%. Position as shown above the music notes layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Bear 2 – Resize 70%. Sharpen.

Position above triple hearts layer and slide left.

Dropshadow.

Add any other embellishments of choice
