This is a very quick and easy tutorial.

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Monika

Scrapkit called Paddy O’Malley by Wicked Princess. This is a FTU kit and can be found

Tube of choice. I used Peek a Blue Holiday by Barbara Jensen. These tubes can be purchased at her store.

Mask of choice – I used WSL4

Plugin – Mura Meister Copies. You can download this

New raster layer 700x700.

Fill with white.

Layer – new raster layer. Selections – select all. Paste Paper 1 into selection. Deselect.

Apply WSL mask 4

Merge group. Stretch to edges.

Effects – edge effects - enhance

Circle Frame– Resize 110% twice. Sharpen twice.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Dust – Position under frame layer in bottom right corner.

Duplicate and merge both dust layers together.

Dropshadow.

Tube – Position above frame and move into position.

Duplicate. Move one beneath frame.

Leave for a minute – we’ll be back to this.

Bead Doodle – Position over white background on the left.
Duplicate – mirror. Erase the top bit on the right side.

Doodle – Mirror. Place in top right corner under Bead Doodle layer.

Set foreground colour to #faf17c  and background to #147212. Make gradient 45 degrees with 1 repeat ( lighter colour inside).

Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 5

Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient. DO NOT DESELECT YET

Selections – invert. Click on bottom tube and hit delete.
Deselect.

Erase excess on top tube and dropshadow.

On gradient layer go to effects – texture effects – texture – canvas on default settings.

Celtic Symbol – Resize 20% and place in centre of canvas, above the gradient layer.

Go to Mura Meister Copies. Select Tiling on default settings.

Click on gradient circle. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – Defloat. Selections – invert. Click on tiled layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow Celtic tiles and reduce opacity to 55.

Rosejasmine cluster – Flip - Mirror. Resize 75%.

Position above top tube. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Flowervine – Position under rosejasmine cluster far right.

Using selection tool, draw around the small clover on the right, including about half of the stem.

In layers palette, right click on flowervine and promote selection to layer.

Deselect.

Flip this selection and move it back down so it peeks out above the cluster. Duplicate – mirror and move back to the right.

Merge all 3 flowervine pieces together and Dropshadow.

Yellow curly ribbon – Free rotate right 90. Position below flowervine layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Sachetbag – Resize 60%. Dropshadow.

Hat – Resize 70%. Free rotate left 15.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Shamrock chain green – Resize 75%. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
