SWEET AUTUMN FTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Brandish

Two masks of choice.

I used a lovely Autumn mask, but I’m unsure where I got it.

If it is yours, please let me know and I will add appropriate credits.

I also used WSL 84 from Wee Scots Lass

Open new image 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new Raster layer.

Selections – select all.

Paste Paper 16 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 18 into selection.

Deselect.

To Paper 16 layer, apply mask WSL84

In Layers palette, merge group.

Stretch mask to all edges.

Duplicate – mirror.

Merge both mask layers together.

To Paper 18 layer, apply Autumn Mask

In Layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate.

Merge both Autumn mask layers together.

Bol (Frame)

Paste above mask layer.

 Seelctions – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect.

Delete original frame layer.

Duplicate Paper 5 frame.

On top copy, Layers – properties – multiply.

DO NOT MERGE THESE TWO LAYERS (you will lose the effect if you do it now)

Click inside bottom copy of frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 4

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 13 into selection.
Deselect

Drop opacity of paper 13 to 30

In layers palette, move paper 13 circle below both frames.

Dropshadow bottom copy of frame.

Tube

Paste above top frame layer and slide into desired position.

Dropshadow.

Bol 2 (wheat stalks)

Paste above tube layer.

Free rotate Right 90. Flip.

 Slide to the bottom right corner.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Bol 15 (sunflower)

Resize 50%

Paste above Bol 2 layer.

 Slide to the bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Duplicate - mirror

Dropshadow both.

Bol 32 (flower)

Paste above Bol 15 layer.

Slide down.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Bol 18 (clump of flowers)

Resize 70%

Paste above Bol 32 layer.

Slide to bottom right corner.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow

Bol 8 (corn cobs)

Resize 60%

Paste above Bol 18 layer.

Slide to right.

Sharpen.

Bol 1(Berry on stalk)

Mirror

Resize 60%

Paste above Bol 8 layer.

Slide to bottom right.

Sharpen.

Erase left side of stalk.

Duplicate. On bottom copy, free rotate Right 35.

Slide to bottom right corner.

Dropshadow both

Bol 10 (Leaves)

Resize 70%

Paste above Bol 1 layer.

Slide to bottom left.

Duplicate – mirror

On mirrored copy, free rotate Right 45, and resize 80%

Sharpen both

Dropshadow both

Bol 29 (Bullrushes)

Paste above Bol 10 layer.

Slide to bottom left corner.

Bol  (Branch)

Mirror.

Resize 70%

Paste above Bol 29 layer.

Slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Bol 92 (Pump cluster)

Paste above Bol layer.

Slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen.

Bol 17 (Bird)

Resize 75% then 85%

Paste above Bol 92 layer.

Slide to position.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow

Bol 102 (Butterfly)

Resize 50% then 80%

Paste above Bol 17 layer.

Free rotate Right 25

Slide to position.

Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror

Move to position

Dropshadow both

Add any other elements you like

Close off white background layer

In layers palette, right click on the top layer and Merge visible

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
