Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 046

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.

Open a new raster 700 x 700 and fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 10 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask 0Mask 46

In layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate – mirror. Merge both mask layers together

Grey scalloped frame – Paste above the mask layer.

Rainbow – Paste above frame layer and slide to top of frame.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror - flip. Merge both rainbow layers together.

Click on frame layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer.

Paste Paper 3 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – invert. Click on rainbow layer and hit delete.
Deselect.

Click inside frame with magic wand.

Selections – modify – expand 4.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 8 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper

Dropshadow frame.

In layers palette, move paper to sit below the frame layer.

Delete template layer of frame.

Flower Basket – Resize 80%. Mirror and flip.

Paste above mask layer. Slide to bottom right. Sharpen.

Duplicate. Mirror. Flip. Merge both together.

Duplicate. Mirror.

Merge both layers together.

Dropshadow.

Flower Swing – Using selection tool, draw around the bottom left spray of leaves.

In layers palette, right click. Promote selection to layer.
Deselect.

Copy selection and paste above Flower basket layer.

Slide to left. Free rotate right 70. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror

Dropshadow both.

Tube – Copy tube (Ctrl D), and close original. (Just in case you accidentally erase or save merged the tube itself)

Resize 80% and erase the bottom half.

I colored the coral to match. If you want to do this, then click on coral layer of tube and adjust – Hue & Saturation – Colorize  H=222  S=128.

Close off all tube layers except the tube and the coral. Merge visible

Paste above flower swing layers.

Slide into position – you can always move it later if you want.

 Dropshadow.

Flower 4 – Resize 40%. Paste above tube layer and slide to the bottom right

Sharpen. Duplicate – resize this one another 80% Slide this copy right a bit.

Duplicate smaller copy again, and resize 75%. Slide left, we can reposition this once the book has been added

Dropshadow all three copies.

Branch – Mirror.  Free rotate Right 90.

Paste below the top flower 4 layer and slide to the bottom right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Book – Resize 80%. Paste above branch layer and slide to bottom left corner.

Dropshadow.

Rearrange your top copy of flower 4

Bird – Mirror. Resize 50%. Paste above top copy of flower 4 and slide to bottom centre, to sit perched on the book.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow

Butterfly 2 – Resize 30% then 90%. Paste above Bird layer. Slide to the right.

Duplicate twice.

On one copy, mirror and slide up a little.

On the other copy resize 90% and slide to desired position

Sharpen.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
