NATURES BEAUTY FTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Anastasia, found

Tube of choice. I used Butterfly2 by Alex Prihodko.

Template 115 by Pooker at Elegant Inspirations. Look to the right side of the page for template downloads.

Mask of Choice.

I used WSL84 by Wee Scots Lass

Open Pooker Template 115. Shift D to copy, then close original

Resize template 85%, all layers checked.

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Delete: Credit info

Click on background layer at the bottom and floodfill white

Layers – new raster layer.

Set foreground color to #255b78 and background color to #c3de9a.

Make background gradient 318 degrees with 1 repeat.

Apply mask WSL84

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch mask to all edges.

Starting from the bottom of the template.

NOTE: Template layers shown in Capitals. Elements from the scrapkit will be in lower case.

BLACK DOTTED SQUARE 2 and 1 – Click on BLACK DOTTED SQUARE 1. In layers palette, right click. Merge – Merge down.

You should now have these two layers as one.

Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #366a87.

Image – resize 99%, all layers unchecked.

Click back on merged template layer.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on colored layer and hit delete

Deselect.

In layers palette, right click on colored layer. Merge – Merge down. (to black template layer)

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

LIGHT YELLOW SQUARE 4 and 3 – Click on LIGHT YELLOW SQUARE 3. In layers palette, right click. Merge – Merge down.

You should now have these two layers as one

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Image 41 into selection.

Deselect.

Close template layer.

Sharpen paper.

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

LT YELLOW CIRCLE 3 – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Image 43 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

In layers palette, move this copy to sit above LT YELLOW CIRCLE 2

Close template layer.

Give both inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow both.

BLACK DOTTED CIRCLE 3 and 2. – Click on BLACK DOTTED CIRCLE 2. In layers palette, right click. Merge – Merge down.

You should now have these two layers as one

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #366a87

Deselect.

Merge down to black template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

BLACK CIRCLE 2 – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Image 42 into selection.

Deselect.

Adjust Hue & Saturation  H = 143  S = 110

Adjust Brightness & Contrast  B = minus 30  C = 10

Sharpen. Duplicate – Flip.

In layers palette, move the flipped copy to sit above  BLACK CIRCLE 1

Give both inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow both.

YELLOW DOTTED 2 & 1 – Click on YELLOW DOTTED CIRCLE 2. In layers palette, right click. Merge – Merge down.

You should now have these two layers as one

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #366a87

Deselect.

Close template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

YELLOW RECTANGLE – Resize Image 44  80%.

Paste above YELLOW RECTANGLE and slide to desired position.

Click on YELLOW RECTANGLE. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Image 44 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Adjust Brightness & Contrast B = minus 30  C = 10

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

BLACK RECTANGLE – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #366a87.

Deselect.

Close template layer.

Adjust – add noise Gaussian 20

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

WHITE RECTANGLE – Resize Image 45 20% then 50%. (Yes it’s supposed to be tiny)

Paste above WHITE RECTANGLE and slide to the right, lining it up so it covers the piece of white you can see.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror

Merge both together.

Click on WHITE RECTANGLE. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Image 45 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Close template.

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow

Image 16 (flower spray) – Mirror. Resize 80%. Paste above WHITE RECTANGLES paper layer.

Slide to top left corner.

Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror – flip.
Dropshadow both.

YELLOW CIRCLE – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #366a87

Deselect.

Close template layer

Adjust – add noise Gaussian 20

Paste Image 27 into selection.

Deselect.

Drop opacity of paper layer to 50

Duplicate – mirror.

In layers palette, move to sit above LT YELLOW SQUARE 1

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow.

Set foreground color to #366a87 and background color to #aacee7.

Make background gradient 45 degrees with 1 repeat.

WHITE SQUARE – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient

Deselect.

Close template layer

Adjust – add noise Gaussian 20

Paste Image 27 into selection.

Deselect.

Dropshadow.

Image 14 (ribbon) – Resize 75%. Paste above Image 27 layer.

Free rotate Right 45 and slide to bottom left corner.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Dropshadow both.

Image 17 (Bird) – Resize 75%. Paste above Image 14 layer.

Slide to top right

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Tube – If using the same one as me, resize 60%.

I used the Girl layer, and on the blue dress layer adjust Hue & Saturation H=143  S=145

Paste above Image 17 layer.

Sharpen.

Image 21 (Butterfly) – Resize 50%. Paste above Tube layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Image 29 (Butterfly) – Resize 50%. Paste above Image 21 layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
