Close up tube of choice. I used the matching tube by Danny Lee. You can purchase these tubes at ScrapsnCompany also

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 046

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.

Open Becky’s template 198

Hold down Shift D to duplicate. Close original.

Resize template 105%, all layers checked.

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Delete credits layer, and three shadow layers.

Click on white background, and fill with white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Fill with black.

Apply mask 0Mask 46

In layers palette, merge group.

Element 23 (white firework) – Paste above mask layer and move far left. Duplicate – mirror. Merge both copies of firework together.

Dropshadow.

Element 9 ( firework) – Paste above element 23 layer.

Dropshadow.

CIRCLE BG – Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

CIRCLE – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect. Sharpen paper.

Delete template layer.

RECTANGLE  BG - Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

RECTANGLE  - Resize Paper 6 50% then 80%.

Paste above RECTANGLE and slide left. Line it up as you like. I placed the top left corner of the paper on the top left corner of the left rectangle.

Sharpen paper. Duplicate – mirror.

Erase on each paper square, any excess in the middle, then merge both paper layers together.

Click on RECTANGLE. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 6 squares and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete template layer

2 RECTANGLES  BG - Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

2 RECTANGLES -  Resize Paper 2 40%. Slide right with corner of paper aligned with corner of right rectangle.

Erase any surplus in the centre.

Sharpen paper. Duplicate – mirror. Merge both paper layers.

Click on 2 RECTANGLES. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert .Click on Paper 2 squares and hit delete.

Deselect.

3 STRIPS BG - Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

3 STRIPS – Set foreground color to white and background to black. Make a gradient with 90 degrees and 3 repeats.

Click on 3 STRIPS. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Delete template layer.

2 STRIPS BG - Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

2 STRIPS - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Fill with White

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Delete template layer.

SQUARE FRAME FILL - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect. Sharpen paper.

Delete template layer.

LARGE SQUARE FRAME - Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

Close up tube – Paste close up of tube between the 2 CIRCLE FRAME FILL and the 2 CIRCLE FRAME. Slide into desired position. Make sure none of the tube is showing in the other frame.

Duplicate – mirror. Merge both tube copies. We will remove the excess shortly.

2 CIRCLE FRAME FILL - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Fill with White.

Selections – invert. Click on the tube layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Delete template layer.

On white circles, effects – texture effects – weave with settings 1  6  10, both colors black.

Click on your tubes layer. Duplicate.

On bottom copy – right click in layers palette – properties – luminance legacy. Drop opacity of this layer to 69.

On top copy of tubes, drop the opacity to 44.

2 CIRCLE FRAME - Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

SQUARE FRAME FILL – Leave white. Effects – texture effects – blinds with settings 5,  30,  color black.

SMALL SQUARE FRAME - Adjust – add noise, Gaussian 100, monochrome box checked.

Tube – If using the same one as me, resize 65%. Slide into desired position.

Dropshadow.

Element 25 (chain) – Resize 50% then 90%. Paste above tube. Free rotate right 90. Slide to the bottom left. Duplicate – mirror. I left a small gap between mine.

Paste the wings from the tube above element 25.

Resize 20%. Slide down and position on the right of the gap.

Sharpen. Duplicate - mirror

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
