You will need:
Font of choice – I used bellbottom laser
Scrapkit is called Curious by Sophisticated Simone. You
can find this kit
Tube of choice. I used SchoolBabe by Keith Garvey.
You can purchase his tubes
Template 143 by Sophisticated Simone at scrappy bit
of fun
Mask of choice. I used WSL84 by Wee Scots Lass.
My lacy circle
Open Simone’s Template 143. Shift D to copy, then
close original
Delete top credits layer, raster 5, raster 15, copy
of promoted selection, promoted selection, promoted selection shadow and vector

Resize template 95%, all layers checked.
Image – canvas size 700 x 700
Click on raster 1 at the bottom and floodfill white.
Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #0c6060.
Apply mask WSL84
In layers palette, merge group.
Stretch mask to all edges.
RASTER 13 – Selections – select all. Selections – float.
Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 4 into selection.
Deselect.
Close template layer.
Sharpen paper.
Give inner bevel of choice
Dropshadow.
RASTER 14 – Selections – select all. Selections – float.
Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 4 into selection.
Deselect.
Close template layer.
Sharpen paper.
Give inner bevel of choice

Make background gradient 90 degrees with 1 repeat.
(red on the outsides)
RASTER 6 – Selections – select all. Selections – float.
Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.
Close template layer.

with Raster 6, but change angle from 90 to 0, with one repeat (red should be on
outside)

Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 2 into selection.
Deselect.
Close template layer.
Sharpen paper.
Give inner bevel of choice

OK, that should be all the template layers done. Now
we start adding elements.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Duplicate lacy circle. Resize this by 60%. In layers
palette, move small copy to sit below raster 11 (the white oval).
Sharpen.
Flower 011 from scrapkit – Paste above lacy circle.
Slide to bottom left corner.
Dropshadow.
Ribbon 006 from scrapkit – Paste above raster 10 oval.
Slide to bottom centre.
Dropshadow.
Flower 003 from scrapkit – Resize 60%. Paste above ribbon 006 layer.
Slide to bottom right corner.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip. Slide this down
slightly, so it looks evenly placed above the oval.
Dropshadow both.
Flower 014 from scrapkit – Resize 60%. Paste above flower 003 layer.
Slide down.
Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.
Slide this down slightly, so it looks evenly placed
above the oval.
Dropshadow.
Tube – Paste above flower 014 layer and position as desired.
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
