You will need:

Font of choice – I used Ale & Wenches, found

Tube of choice. I used Happy St P Day by Ismael Rac. These tubes can be purchased through Rac’s store

Scrapkit is called Irishtown by Bibi’s Collection. This kit contains some gorgeous Irish elements, and can be purchased from SATC

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask046 LT.

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so I have supplied it. Please let me know if this is yours, and I will either remove, or supply credits.

Open new canvas 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all.

Paste Paper 10 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask 0Mask046 LT

In layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate and merge both mask layers together.

Element 13 (gold sparkle) – Paste above mask layer and slide to top right corner.

Duplicate – mirror. Merge both together.

Duplicate – flip. Merge both together.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 50 (frame) – Paste above element 13 layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 61 (rainbow) – Paste below frame and arrange in top left window. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror, and slide down a bit.

Merge both rainbow layers together. We will get rid of the excess in a minute.

Using freehand selection tool (found by clicking the down arrow next to the magic wand), draw around the frame.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 14 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT.

Click on rainbow layer and hit delete.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper.

Make sure your rainbow layer is above the paper.

Element 28 (tree) – Paste above the gold sparkle layer and slide to the right.

Sharpen. Duplicate. Resize copy 75%. In layers palette, move this copy up above the frame layer.

Sharpen and Dropshadow both.

Element 44 (hill) - Paste above frame layer (below copy of tree).
Sharpen. Slide to bottom left.

Dropshadow.

Element 39 (harp) – Resize 75% twice.

Paste above hill layer and slide to the right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Tube –Paste above harp layer.

Dropshadow.

Element 95 (dot scatter) – Paste above tube layer. Slide to centre bottom.

Dropshadow.

(Your copy of the tree should be the next layer)

Element 5 (hat planter) – Paste above the smaller tree layer. Slide to the bottom right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 12 (yellow ribbon)– Mirror. Resize 80%. Paste above the hat planter layer and slide to the right.

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 22 (cauldron) – Resize 50%. Paste above the yellow ribbon layer. Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 51 (coins) – Paste above cauldron layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 17(bird) – Paste above coins layer.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Resize 80% twice. Sharpen.

Dropshadow both.

Element 4 (necklace) – Resize 50% then 80%.

Paste above bird layers. Sharpen, Dropshadow.

Element 84 (flower) – Resize 75%. Paste above necklace layer.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Resize 75% and slide back to the other flower.

Dropshadow both.

Element 16 (string bow) – Paste above flower layers.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

And that’s it! Done!

Add any other embellishments of choice.
