Add your Tube- Paste into Frame adjust size until satisfied-

Erase any tube outside your Frame and make sure top of tube is bigger

 than top of Frame as we are duplicating layer

Layers- Duplicate layer- Move layer up one and now erase bottom of 

layer so frame is visible and move any element layers up that should be showing

over the tube.
