Tube of choice. I used St Patty by Keith Garvey. I purchased this tube from PTE,

But you can now purchase these beautiful tubes from Keith’s store

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask011 LT-1-1.

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so I have supplied it. Please let me know if this is yours, and I will either remove, or supply credits.

Gold gradient. I have supplied the one I used

Open Template 123 by Denz Designz.

Copy, and close original

Delete copyright, stars top, stars bottom, reach for the stars word layers (3 of them)

Resize 120%, all layers checked.

Image - Canvas size 700 x 400.

Click on background at the bottom.

Fill with white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Fill with gold gradient

Apply mask 0Mask011 LT-1-1

In layers palette, merge group.

Element 47 (flower cluster) - Paste above mask layer and slide to bottom left.

Dropshadow.

Lines 2 and Lines 1 – Merge both these layers together.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 5 into selection.

 Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Black Box 2 – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #303f1e.

Deselect.

delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Pink Box -. Resize Paper 3 50% then 75%. Sharpen.

Paste resized paper 3 above black box layer, and slide to the right.

Sharpen. Duplicate and slide left (don't mirror or you will get back to front words).

Make sure there is no gap in the centre.

Merge both paper 3 layers together.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow,

Black Box 1 - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #303f1e.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Element 16 (green sparkly scatter) - Mirror. Resize 60%.

Paste above Black Box 1 layer and slide left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Set foreground color to #303f1e and background to #ecd99c.

Make gradient 0 degrees with 1 repeat (darker color on outsides).

Black Strip Top - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Black Circle – Dropshadow.

Pink Circle – Paste close up tube above Pink circle and move into position. (I resized mine 85%).

Use same gradient colors as before, but change the angle to 45 and repeats to 3.

Click on Pink Circle. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient. DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – invert. Click on tube and erase the bit hanging out at the bottom.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Dropshadow tube.

To Pink circle Effects – texture effects – weave with settings 1  2  50 both colors #303f1e.

Give inner bevel of choice and Dropshadow.

Element 24 (shamrock cluster) – Paste above tube layer and slide to sit above the top left of the tube. Duplicate shamrock cluster and drag one below the tube. On the top copy, erase any parts you don’t want to see over your tube’s face etc.

Go back to the bottom copy of the cluster. Duplicate – mirror – flip. Move this back to the right, and once in position, duplicate and drag a copy below the tube as you did before. On the top copy, erase any parts you don’t want to see over your tube.

Glitter 2 – Paste above the top shamrock cluster layer, and slide right and down.

Sharpen.

Erase any sitting over the tube.

Dropshadow.

Element 37 (shamrock with gold leaves) – Resize 75% and paste above the glitter layer, sliding it down to hide the bit of the black circle at the bottom.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Black Strip Bottom - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Element 55 (Green ribbon) – Resize 75%. Paste above black strip bottom layer and move into desired position.

Duplicate, and move one copy below the black strip bottom layer.

On top copy, erase parts so it looks as if it woven around the strip.

Frame 1 back - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gold gradient.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Frame 1 - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #303f1e.

Deselect.
Delete template layer.

Make sure green is below the paper 7 layer.

To paper 7 layer, Sharpen, and give inner bevel of choice.

On green copy, add Dropshadow.

Merge both these layers together.

Frame 2 back - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Change angle of gold gradient to 90. Fill frame 2 back with gold gradient.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Frame 2 - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #303f1e.

Deselect.
Delete template layer.

Make sure green is below the paper 7 layer.

To paper 7 layer, Sharpen, and give inner bevel of choice.

On green copy, add Dropshadow.

Merge both these layers together.

Frame 3 back - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gold gradient.
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Frame 3 - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #303f1e.

Deselect.
Delete template layer.

Make sure green is below the paper 7 layer.

To paper 7 layer, Sharpen, and give inner bevel of choice.

On green copy, add Dropshadow.

Merge both these layers together.

At this stage I added my words. Up to you what you write, or you could put a tube inside the frames if you prefer.

Element 20 (hanging horseshoe) – Resize 80%. Paste above Frame 3 layer and slide to left.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 64 (mouse) – Resize 60%. Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Add copyrights and any other elements of your choice.

If you want to want to make the matching Avatar, Shift D to copy BEFORE you merge all your layers.

AVATAR:

Close off all layers except the following:

White background

Mask

Top & Bottom gradient strips

Black circle

Both copies of element 24

Pink circle gradient Layers – new raster layer Glitter

Tube

Element 37.

Using your pick tool, make gradient strips shorter by pulling them to the right, almost up to the shamrock scatter ( see mine for reference).

Do the same with your mask layer.

Crop so the elements look central – remember you can slide them around a bit as well.

Duplicate glitter layer – mirror.

When you are happy with the position of all your elements,  close off your white background and merge visible.

Resize approximately 46% to a size of about 220 x 200.

Image – add borders. Make sure Symmetric box is checked, then change any one of the numbers you see to 2 – the rest will all follow suit J. Color is #ecd99c

Image – add borders again. This time change number to 3 and color to #303f1e.

And that’s it!!
