Open Tube- I cropped the tube to her waist- Paste Tube

In Frame by Moving layer all the way down until it fits properly

Make tube larger than top of your Frame as we will duplicate layer

Erase any extra tube around your frame bottom and sides

Now Duplicate layer- Move up layer until it looks like mine- Erase the bottom

of your tube to see your frame- Sharpen- Drop shadow

Now last look before we merge- Make any changes now you may like

Layers-Merge Visible

Sharpen-Drop shadow

Add Copyright information

Sharpen- Layers-Merge Visible

Save Original

Now add your Name using the font provided and we are all done!
