Open tube- I cropped tube to the waist-

Paste inside your Frame making top of tube larger than frame top as 

we are going to duplicate layer. Erase any extra tube on sides of frame and bottom

Layers- Duplicate layer- Move layer up till it looks like mine

Erase bottom of tube layer and sides

Last look before we Merge
