Tube of choice. I used a cutie from Creddy Bears. These tubes are FTU, and can be downloaded from their site

Click on the dropdown box saying “Please choose” and select tuben. There are hundreds of these lovely tubes to suit any occasion.

Mask of choice – I used WSL4

Open Beth’s Template 213.

Copy, and close original

Delete top three layers, plus the two Forever in love wordart layers.

  

Resize 90%, all layers checked.

Add new raster layer at the bottom.

Fill with white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 6 into selection.

Apply mask WSL4

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch mask to all edges, then pull in from the left to make it smaller. You want it to sit nicely around the circle part of the template.

Because the papers in this kit are mostly patterned, I found it spoilt the effect if I pasted them into selection. SO you will find in some cases that you have to crop the paper to the required shape before pasting it onto the tag. It only has to be approximate as long as it is slightly bigger.

Middle Black Bar – Resize Paper 1 80% then 85%. Crop to make a rectangle the same shape as the middle black bar.

Paste cropped Paper 1 above the middle black bar layer and slide it so it covers template layer.

Click on Middle Black Bar. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on Paper 1 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Adjust add noise uniform 80, monochrome checked.

Sharpen. Give inner bevel of choice.
Dropshadow.

Bottom White Bar – Resize Paper 7 60% then 82%. Paste above Bottom white bar layer and slide to cover template. Duplicate paper, and close one copy off for now.

Click on Bottom White Bar. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 7 and hit delete.

 Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Tall Black Rectangle – Resize Paper 1 80% then 85%. Crop to make a rectangle the same shape as the tall black rectangle.

Paste cropped Paper 1 above the tall black rectangle layer and slide it so it covers template layer.

Click on Tall black rectangle. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.

Click on Paper 1 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Adjust add noise uniform 80, monochrome checked.

Sharpen. Give inner bevel of choice.
Dropshadow.

Thin Pink Bar -. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect. Delete template layer. Sharpen.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow,

Pink Vertical Bars - Resize Paper 7 60% then 92%. Paste above Pink vertical bars layer and slide to cover template.

Click on Pink vertical bars. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 7 and hit delete.

 Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Sharpen paper.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Top White Bar – Open up hidden copy of Paper 7, and in layers palette, move it to sit above Top white bar layer.

Click on Top White Bar. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 7 and hit delete.

 Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.

Set foreground color to #303f1e and background to #ecd99c.

Make gradient 0 degrees with 1 repeat (darker color on outsides).

Pink Circle - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection
Deselect.

Delete template layer.

White Circle Frame – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection
Deselect.

Delete template layer

Sharpen. Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Round Glitter Frame – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection
Deselect.

Delete template layer

Sharpen. Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Pot of Gold – Resize 50% then 80%. Paste above round glitter frame layer and slide to left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Clover Sparkle – Paste above the mask layer, and slide left and down.

Duplicate – mirror – flip and slide down a bit.

Duplicate – flip and move into position.

You want these two to sit in a sort of circle over the mask.
Dropshadow all 3.

Tube –Paste above pot of gold layer and slide left.

Dropshadow.

Banner – Resize 40%. Paste above tube layer, and slide over to sit at the bottom of the circle. Stretch to side a bit so it fits nicely

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Horseshoe – Resize 50% twice. Paste above banner layer and move into desired position. Free rotate right 20.

Sharpen.

Duplicate, and move one copy below the banner layer.

On top copy, erase parts so it looks as if it woven around the banner.

Dropshadow top copy.

Glitter shamrock – Resize 50% twice.

Paste above top horseshoe layer and slide into position on the right.

Sharpen. Dropshadow

Coin scatter – Resize 20% then 75%. Paste as top copy and slide left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

At this stage I added my words above the pink circle paper 3 layer. Up to you what you write, or you could put a tube inside the frames if you prefer.

Add copyrights and any other elements of your choice.
