You will need:

Font of choice – I used Coventry Garden, found

Close up tube of choice. I used Sweet Taylor by Ismael Rac. You can buy these awesome tubes from Rac’s store

Mask of choice – I used WSL84. You can get that

New canvas 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 9 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask WSL84

In layers palette, merge group.

Stretch to all edges.

Frame 2 - Resize 80% and paste in the  centre of your canvas.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Resize Paper 3 60% then 70%

Paste below frame and move up a little bit.

Sharpen paper 3

Tube - Position tube above Frame.

Dropshadow.

Don’t worry about the bit at the bottom – your elements will cover most of it, and you can erase any excess at the end.

Element 8 (wire) – resize 60% and position above Paper 3 layer.

Sharpen.

Layers – properties – Hard light.

Dropshadow.

Element 68 (heart scatter) – Mirror. Resize 80%. Position over bottom of frame to the right

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 40 (branch) –Resize 70%.

Position to the right on the edge of the frame. Sharpen.

Duplicate twice.

On one copy, mirror, and move back to the right, and downa bit.

On the other copy, free rotate left 90 and move down to the bottom of the tag.

Dropshadow all three.

Element 25 (dead rose) – Resize 60% twice.

Sharpen. Position at bottom left of frame.

Element 90 (flower branch)– Mirror. Resize 70%.

Free rotate left 15

Place to right of frame. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 33 (feather) – Resize  50% then 75%.

Place to the right

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 83 (purple stalky flowers) – Resize 50% then 60%.

Sharpen. Duplicate – Mirror, and move back to the right and up.

Dropshadow both.

Element 11 (candlestick) – Resize 70%. Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 100 (cup and coffee pot) –Resize 50%. Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

Element 3 (stopwatch) – Resize 40% then 75%. Sharpen.
Dropshadow.

Element 16 (flower) – Resize 20%. Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror. Resize 75% and move back to the right.

Dropshadow both.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
