BLUE LACE CAMEO PTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Coventry Garden, found

Scrapkit is a Pay to Use kit called Blue Lace by Nika of Devilish Designz.

Close up tube of choice. I used Cameo by Jamie Kidd. I bought this tube at CILM, but you can now buy them through CDO

Mask of choice – I used WSL84

Template 11 by Tracy F Designs. You can find that

Open Template 11. Copy, and close original.
Resize template 120%, all layers checked.
Image – Canvas size 700 x 700
Add new raster layer at the bottom, and fill with white.
Delete copyright layer.

Layers – new raster layer.
Selections – select all. Paste Paper 11 into selection.
Deselect.
Apply mask WSL84
In layers palette, merge group.
Stretch mask to all edges.
Mirror.

OK. To fill template layers . . .  Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer – paste paper into selection. Deselect. Sharpen. Delete template layer.

Circle – Paper 9 into selection

Circle Frame – Adjust– add noise. Gaussian 50 monochrome checked

Rectangle – Paper 11 into Selection.

Rectangle Frame – Adjust– add noise. Gaussian 50 monochrome checked

Dotted Line 1 and Dotted Line 2 – Merge both together.
Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.
Layers – new raster layer. Fill black.
Deselect. Delete template layer.
Give inner bevel of choice.
Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 100 monochrome checked
Dropshadow.

Set foreground colour to #808080 and background to Black.
Make gradient 90 degrees with 1 repeat (black should be in the centre).

Strip 1 – Fill with gradient.
Give inner bevel of choice.

Strip Frame 1 – Adjust– add noise. Gaussian 50 monochrome checked

Set foreground colour to #767779 and background to #c0c0c0
Make gradient 90 degrees with 1 repeat ( lighter colour should be in the centre).

Strip 2 – Fill with gradient.
Give inner bevel of choice.
Effects – texture effects blinds with settings 2   20  colour black.
Horizontal UNCHECKED.

Strip Frame 2 – Adjust– add noise. Gaussian 50 monochrome checked

Strip 3 – Same as Strip 2

Strip Frame 3 – Adjust– add noise. Gaussian 50 monochrome checked

Tube – Position as top layer over the circle. Dropshadow.

Element 120 (netting) – Resize 50%.
Position above mask layer towards the bottom. Line up with the edge of the rectangle on the right.
Sharpen. Duplicate – flip.
DO NOT DROPSHADOW

Element 28 (grey flower decoration) – Free rotate right 90. Mirror.
Resize 60%. Sharpen. Paste above the netting layer in top right corner.
Sharpen. Duplicate – flip. Merge both together.
Dropshadow both.

Element 106 (Scatter flowers) – Resize 80%.
Adjust Hue & Saturation 169   255.
Carefully erase the 4 flowers on the far left.
Paste above the grey flower layer in the top left corner.
Duplicate – flip. Merge both together.
Duplicate – mirror and merge both together.
Dropshadow both.

Element 108 (Hanging flowers) - Resize 40%. Position as top layer over the strip at the far left. Free rotate right 7 and move so the flowers are at the bottom of the strip.
Sharpen.
Duplicate – mirror and move back to the left. Position over the centre strip about a third of the way up.
Erase any part of the stem that is over the white frames.
Dropshadow both.

Element 63 (black lace flower) - Resize 20% then 35%. Sharpen. Dropshadow

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
