You will need:
Font of choice – I used Baby Kruffy, found
Scrapkit is a FTU kit from Black Widow Creationz
called Awareness BT PU. This lovely kit is in awareness of Child Abuse. You can
download it
Mask of choice – I used WSL105
Template 78 by Bev at HorseplaysPasture
Mura Meister Copies
Unzip MuraMeister Copies & install.
Open Template 78. Copy, and close original.
Resize template 105%, all layers checked.
Image – Canvas size 700 x 700
Fill bottom layer with white.
Delete top layer (copyright), Layer 2 (barbed wire),
Layer 5 (double ring).
Click on white background layer.
Layers – new raster layer.
Fill with #8ab5d6
Apply mask WSL105
In layers palette, merge group.
Stretch mask to all edges.
Merge Ring 2 and Ring 1 into one layer.
Selections – select all. Selections – float.
Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #496187
Add inner bevel of choice.
Adjust – add noise uniform 100, with monochrome
checked.
Dropshadow. Delete template layer.
OK. To fill template layers . . . Selections – select all. Selections – float.
Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer – paste paper into selection.
Deselect. Sharpen. Delete template layer.
Rectangle 1 – Paper 10 into selection
Rectangle 2 – Paper 4 into selection
Rectangle 3 – Paper 7 into selection
Rectangle 4 – Paper 5 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT.
Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster
layer. Fill with #496187.
Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Move darker blue rectangle under the Paper 5
rectangle.
To Paper 5 give inner bevel of choice.
Add dropshadow to darker blue rectangle.
Rectangle 5 – Selections – select all. Selections – float.
Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #496187.
Deselect.
Delete template layer.
Effects – texture effects weave with settings 2 6
1 both colours #cbc093
Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.
Image 35 (pin) – Resize 40% then 75%. Free rotate right 30.
Sharpen.
Duplicate – mirror. Free rotate left 40 and resize
85%. Sharpen.
On both pins, erase part of the centre, so it looks
as if the pin is through the paper.
Dropshadow both.
Dropshadow both.
Image 22 (bib) – Mirror. Resize 40%. Place above the Rectangle 5
layer on the right.
Sharpen. Duplicate and move one copy below Rectangle
5.
On top copy, erase part of the bib so it looks as if
it is wrapped around the dark blue dotted rectangle. Dropshadow.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.
Open a new canvas 650 x 650. Set foreground to null
and background white.
Use a small sized plain font (slightly bigger than
the one you use for copyright) and type some words. I used “Welcome Baby Boy”.
Centralize on canvas. (easiest way is to cut CtrlX
and Paste CtrlV) and convert to raster layer.
Effects – Plugins - Mura Meister Copies. Select
Tiling.
Change gap size to 2 and leave all other settings as
they are.
Copy this sheet of words and paste onto your tag,
above the Rectangle 1 layer. Move into position.
Click on rectangle 1. Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.
Click back on the sheet of words and hit delete.
Deselect.
Dropshadow, and drop opacity to 62.
Copy sheet of words again and paste on your tag above
Rectangle 2.
Free rotate right 30 and move into the desired
position.
Click on rectangle 2. Selections – select all.
Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.
Click back on the sheet of words and hit delete.
Deselect.
Dropshadow, and drop opacity to 62.
Click on Rectangle 3 layer and type in a verse, or
quote. I used colour #705f35.
Drop opacity to 82
Give inner bevel of choice . Dropshadow.
Image 3 (blue ribbon) – Paste below larger pin. Dropshadow.
Image 5 (bow) – Mirror. Resize 50%. Free rotate right 30.
Sharpen. Dropshadow,
Add any other embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.
Add copyrights and name.
