Scrap kit- I am using "I Love USA" from Candy Treats

Tubes of Choice- I am using two tubes from Keith Garvey which you need

 a license to use. You can get it all at PTE

Template- I am using Laurie's Template #1, which is now

Font- I am using "American Dream"

OK Lets Begin!

Open Your Template-Duplicate Window to save the original.

Image-Canvas Size 700x700

Paper 2- Re size 300x300-Minimize

In your Layer Palette. Click the Rectangle Bkgrd layer

Go to Materials Palette- Click on Foreground-

Patterns-Select the Paper

Select your Flood fill tool- Fill the layer

Paper 3-Re size 300x300-Minimize

Click on the "Rectangle Lines" in your Layer Palette

Material Palette-Foreground-Patterns-Select your paper

Flood fill tool- Fill your layer

Paper- Red w/ Stars- Re size 300x300-Minimize

Click on Star Background- Material Palette

Foreground-Patterns-Choose paper with settings 103 scale.

Flood fill tool- Fill your layer

Star2 Background- Repeat the same steps as above.

Click your Star1 in layer palette-

Material Palette-Foreground-Color-

Again clicking on your Star2 in Layer Palette-

Repeat same as above

Paper- Block3 (Red)

Minimize

Select Circle Background in layer palette-

Material Palette-Foreground-Patterns

Select your paper

Flood fill tool-Fill your circle 

Paper 2- Re size 300x300-Minimize

Select Circle in your layer palette

Material Palette-Foreground-Patterns

Select your paper

Flood fill tool- Fill the circles outline in canvas

Paper-Stripe3-Re size 300x300-Minimize

Select your Film Layer in layer palette

Material Palette-Foreground-Pattern

Select your paper using setting 134 scale-OK

Flood fill tool-Fill layer

Select your Film background layer in layer palette

Material Palette- Foreground-Color-

Click on white-OK

Flood fill tool-Fill the layer

Add your tubes- Using tubes of choice (same artist)

I used lady liberty tube first. I pasted the tube into canvas

Move the layer down till it is in your Circle like mine.

The second tube- I cropped the tube from top to the neck-

Paste in each square on the film strip.

Duplicate each one and move it up a layer so it looks like mine.

You will have to erase around the edges to fit properly.

Now the Elements!

Firework3-300x300-Paste to Right- Move the layer to the bottom-

Duplicate layer so the image is more darker.

Paste to Left and again duplicate layer to make darker.

Also move that layer to the bottom.

Drop shadow Both

Star Sprinkles- 500x402-Paste to Bottom Left under template

Duplicate layer- Paste to Right also at bottom of template

Drop shadow both

Star Ribbon- 500x40- Paste at Bottom of film strip- Adjust the length 

so its even as shown- Sharpen-Drop shadow

Word Art- Proud American

Using your American Dream font 

Type out "Proud American" using size 30- 

Color-#992323 in Background Fill on your Materials Palette

Layers-Merge Visible

Add copyright information

Merge again

Save Original 

Add Your Name Optional
