POISONED IVY PTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Abaddon

Scrapkit called Poison Ivy by SSDesignThis is a PTU and can be purchased right now from Scraps and the City for only 50 cents!!

Tube of choice. I used Feathers by Jay Trembly,
These tubes can be purchased through Scraps and the City

 In the other examples I used 2 tubes by Maxine Gadd called Poison Ivy & AugustPeridot. I purchased mine through MPT, but these great tubes can now be found at PTE

Mask of choice – WSL4


Open a new canvas 700 x 700 and fill white.

Layers – new raster layer - Selections – select all. Paste  Paper 3 into selection. Apply mask WSL4. Merge group.
Stretch mask to edges. Duplicate – flip.
Merge both mask layers together.

Frame1 – Mirror – flip. Paste on top of mask layer.
Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections – modify – expand 8. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 1 into selection. Deselect.
Move paper layer below frame & sharpen.
Dropshadow frame.

Element 4 (green balls scatter) – Flip. Resize 50%. Sharpen & paste above mask layer bottom left corner.
Duplicate – mirror.
Dropshadow both.

Element 18 (gate) -  Resize 70% and paste above paper 1 circle, moving it to the bottom.
Click on paper 1 circle. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert.
Click on element 18 and hit delete.
Deselect.
Sharpen gate. Dropshadow.

Element 17 (lamp post) – Resize 70% Sharpen. Paste above frame on right.
Dropshadow.

Element 43 (ivy) – Resize 50% twice and position over lamp post near top. Free rotate left 12.
Sharpen. Duplicate – Mirror – flip and move back to the right. Merge both ivy layers together. Dropshadow

Element 34 (stalks) – Resize 70% Position under lamp post. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Tube - If using the same Trembly tube as me, resize 70%. Sharpen. Mirror and move to the left. Dropshadow.
Erase the part sticking out below the frame, but don’t be too fussy, as most of it will be covered by other elements.

(If using the Maxine Gadd tubes, I resized them 85% and just left them where they landed.)

Element 40 (leaves) – Resize 50%. Position over tube on left.
Duplicate. Resize this 70% and in layers palette move to sit under the original.
On tag, move up and left a bit.
Sharpen & Dropshadow both.

Element 39 (branch) – Resize 70% and paste along bottom towards the left og the tag.
Duplicate – flip and move back down.
Sharpen & dropshadow both.

Element 12 (cross) – Resize 60%. Free rotate left 12. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 3 (bottle) – Resize 50%. Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Element 13 (emerald) – Resize 40%. Paste into tag. Duplicate – resize 85% and move down slightly. Dropshadow both.

Element 15 (skulls) – Resize 50%. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Resize top one 85% and move into position. Dropshadow both

Element 30 (flower) – Resize 40% and paste as top layer. Sharpen. 
Duplicate – mirror. Resize 80% and move into position.
Dropshadow both.

Element 5 (bird) – Resize 30% then 75%. Sharpen. Dropshadow

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
