July 4th is coming so I wanted create something Festive!

Supplies
Scrap kit- A beautiful kit free by Candy Treats called "I Love USA"
and you can get at their site
Here
Tube- I chose 3 of Elias Chatzoudis, but you may choose any three tubes by same artist that will work. To get the Elias Tubes, you need to have a license to use and may get all at PTE
Mask- I am using WSL84 over at Weescotslass Creations
Font I am using is Hugo Cabret
OK Lets Begin!
New Image 700x700
Minimize your Mask-WSL84
Paper 2- Copy and Paste as a New Layer
Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image-WSL84-OK
Layers-Merge Group
Sharpen
Polaroid Cluster Frame- Copy and Paste into layer
Sharpen and Drop shadow (4-4-30.00-5.00 Black)
Block 2-Blue Paper- Re size 300x300, Paste into each frame
Sharpen
Fireworks Red- Copy-Paste as New Layer to Top Right under the Frame
Duplicate layer and Paste to Bottom Left under Frame
Sharpen Both
Heart- 200x227- Paste to Bottom Right
Sharpen
July Flag- 200x99-Paste to top Right
Sharpen-Drop shadow with same settings as above
Curly Ribbon-(Red)- 400x266- Paste to the Right under Frame
Sharpen-Drop shadow
American Word art- 400x60- Paste to Bottom
Sharpen-Drop shadow
Gold Stars-400x50- Paste under Word art
Sharpen-Drop shadow
Tubes- I like to add my tubes last
Using your Crop Tool, I cropped two of mine to use just
the top half of the tubes- The 3rd tube I used did not need to
So, Add each tube in to your frames and if you need to duplicate
each tube layer go ahead as I did.
Sharpen each tube
When your satisfied with your creation then
Layers-Merge Visible
Sharpen-Drop shadow
Add your Copyright Information
Merge Visible Again
Save your Original and use the Font to add your name after that
Your done!
