You will need:

Font of choice – I used Baby Kruffy, found

Scrapkit by Angel Designz called March of Dimes. This lovely kit is FTU found

Tube of choice. I used 3 Lia tubes. These beautiful tubes are free to use. Lia’s site can be found at www.linmida.com

I have included the 3 tubes I used

Mask of choice. I used  WSL4 by Wee Scots Lass.

Copy template, and close original.

Delete credits and dotted circle 2 layers.

Resize 130% all layers checked.

Image - canvas size 700 x 700

Add new raster layer and send to the bottom.

Fill white.

Add new raster layer above the white background.

Selections - select all and paste Paper 1 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask WSL4.

Merge group.

Stretch mask to edges.

Dotted Circle 1 – Add a new raster layer above the dotted circle 1 and fill with #371d63

Resize 90% all layers Unchecked.

Click on dotted circle 1 layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on coloured layer and hit delete.
Deselect. (this is so much quicker than filling every little dot with colour).

Delete template layer.

Duplicate coloured dots layer, and merge both together.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Set foreground colour to #371d63 and background to #ba9ec4

Make background gradient angle 315 with 6 repeats.

In layers palette, move Circle above Circle 2.

Click on circle 2 layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Click on Circle and hit delete.

Deselect. You should now have a frame sitting above the Circle 2 layer. Rename it CIRCLE FRAME.

Still on Circle frame layer, Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient. DO NOT DESELECT YET.

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with white.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

Move white frame below the gradient frame and dropshadow.

On gradient frame, add inner bevel of choice.

Circle 2 - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper2 into selections.
Deselect. Sharpen.

Delete template layer.

            Heart 1 – Free rotate left 15.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 8 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT YET.

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with white.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

In layers palette, move White heart above Paper 8 heart.

Click on paper 8 heart layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Click on White heart and hit delete.

Deselect. You should now have a frame sitting above the coloured heart layer.

Dropshadow heart 1 frame.

Heart 2 - Free rotate right 15.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 11 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT YET.

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with white.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

In layers palette, move White heart above Paper 11 heart.

Click on paper 11 heart layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Click on White heart and hit delete.

Deselect. You should now have a frame sitting above the coloured heart layer.

Dropshadow heart 1 frame.

Rectangle – Position the tubes you want to use.

Click on rectangle. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 10 into selection. Selections – invert. Click on each of the tubes and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Frame -  Go back to the gradient you used for the circle frame.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient. DO NOT DESELECT YET.

Selections – modify – expand 2. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #371d63.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

Move purple frame below the gradient frame and dropshadow.

On gradient frame, add inner bevel of choice.

Forget me nots – Resize 75%. Sharpen. Position above the Heart 2 frame layer as shown in my tag.

Duplicate, and move one copy below the Heart 2 paper layer.

On top copy, erase parts of the flower as shown. Dropshadow top copy only.

Heart Sparkles – Paste as top layer. Dropshadow.

Main tube – Position and dropshadow

Butterfly – Resize 50% then 70%.

Free rotate left 25. Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror and move to desired position.

Dropshadow both.

If you want to add words, position them above the Heart 2 paper.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
