OK, time to do the circle. I found it easier to move the circle to the centre to work on it, then move it back once I was finished.
Click on grey circle. Duplicate.
Close duplicate layer off for now. This will serve as a guide to place the finished circle back to where it needs to be.

Click on original grey circle. Cut (Ctrl X) and paste (Ctrl V), so that the circle is in the exact centre of the canvas.

Tube - If using the same one as me, resize 80% twice. Paste above grey circle and move into position. Dropshadow tube.

Click on grey circle. Selections - select all. Selections - float. Selections - defloat. Layers - new raster layer. Paste Paper 1 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT YET.
Selections - invert. Click on tube and hit delete.

Frame 3 - Resize 115% and paste above the tube in your circle.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Now, merge together the frame 3 layer, the tube, the paper 1 circle and the doilie1.

Delete the grey circle.

Dropshadow both.

Close off white background and mask layers, and merge visible.
Centralize (cut and paste).
Re-open mask layer and merge visible.

Add any embellishments of choice.
Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
