You will need:

Font of choice – I used Blueplate Special, found

Mask of choice – I used WSL82

Open My New Year template. Copy, and close original

Delete copyright.

Delete Back stripes

Delete Back stripes frame

Add new raster layer above the white background.

Selections – select all. Paste Paper 12 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply Mask WSL82 and merge group.

Stretch out to edges.

Back Rectangle – Adjust Hue & Saturation – Colorize 10   203

Back Rectangle Frame – Selections – select all. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 18 into selection.

Deselect. Delete template layer. Dropshadow

Centre Circle – Selections – select all. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 10 into selection. DO NOT DESELECT. New Raster Layer – paste Paper 18 into selection.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

On Paper 18 layer go to Layers – properties – Overlay.

Duplicate this layer.

Firework 3 (from my supplies) – Resize 80% and paste over top Paper 18 layer to the right.

Effects – edge effects – enhance.

Duplicate – mirror.

Tube – position as desired.

Duplicate and in layers palette, move one copy up to the top.

Erase excess on top tube and dropshadow.

Centre Circle Frame - Selections – select all. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 18 into selection.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 60 monochrome checked.

Dropshadow.

Square 1 - Selections – select all. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 10 into selection.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

Adjust Hue & Saturation – Colorize 10   203

Square 1 Frame - Selections – select all. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat.

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect. Delete template layer.

Dropshadow.

Square 2 – same as Square 1

Square 2 Frame – Same as Square Frame 1

Square 3 – Same as other squares, but DO NOT COLORIZE

Square 3 Frame – Same as other frames.

Square 4 – Same as Square 3

Square 4 Frame – same as other frames

Diamond – Same as Squares 1 and 2

Diamond Frame – Same as other frames

Element 58 (netting) – Resize 50%. Flip.

Paste above mask layer on the bottom right.

Duplicate – mirror and merge both together.
Effects – edge effects – enhance.

Duplicate – flip. Resize 85%

Doodle 1 (my supplies) – Resize 20% then 60%. Paste above Element 58 layer on right at the bottom.

Duplicate – mirror. Merge both together.

Duplicate, and move upwards.
Dropshadow

Element 52 (star string) – Resize 30% then 54%. Paste left, with the right star on the peak of the diamond frame.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Dropshadow

Element 1 (Heart) – Resize 40% then 50%. Free rotate left 35.

Duplicate. Resize 85%.

To larger heart, Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 60 monochrome checked

Dropshadow both.

Element 13 (bow) – Resize 85% then 75%. Sharpen. Dropshadow

Set background colour to #e34d1a. Foreground null.

Using a small sized font of choice (I used comic sans size 8) type words Happy New Year.

Objects – align – centre in canvas.

Convert to raster. (right click on layers palette to bring up menu, and select convert to raster)

 Mura Meister copies – Tiling. Change tile gap to 2, but leave all other settings as they are.

Click OK. You should now have a layer of Happy New Years lol.

In layers palette, move this layer to sit above the diamond.

Duplicate, and move one to sit above Square 2 (the square on the far right)

Duplicate again, and move this to sit above Square 1 (far left)

Right, deep breath and here we go . . .

Click on diamond. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on word tile just above diamond and hit delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow.

Repeat this step with the 2 squares, making sure you delete on the word tile directly above each.

Click on Square 3

With background still set on #e34d1a and Foreground null type 20 in large letters using font of choice.

Free rotate right 15

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 60 monochrome checked.

Give inner bevel. Dropshadow.

Click on Square 4

With background still set on #e34d1a and Foreground null type 20 in large letters using font of choice.

Free rotate left 15

Adjust – add noise. Gaussian 60 monochrome checked.

Give inner bevel. Dropshadow.

Element 6 (sequins) – Resize 20%. Place over square 3 near the top.

Sharpen. Erase excess.

Duplicate – mirror. In layers palette, move this copy up to sit above square 4.

Add any other embellishments of choice.

Close white background and merge visible

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
