A LITTLE BIRD FTU

You will need:

Font of choice – I used Marela

Scrapkit called A Little Birdy Told Me by Wicked Princess Scraps – part of a gorgeous FTU collab kit.

Tube of choice. I used So Shy by Keith Garvey. His work can be found at PTE

Mask of choice – I used WSL4

New raster layer 700x700.

Fill with white.

Layer – new raster layer. Selections – select all. Paste Paper 6 into selection. Deselect.

Apply WSL mask 4

Merge group.

Frame 2 – Resize 80%

Click inside frame. Selections – select all. Selections – modify – expand by 8

Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect. Move under frame.

Dropshadow Frame

Flowerspray – Resize 85% and position over paper 3 layer.

Duplicate – flip and move to the left.

Merge both these layers down onto the paper. – Don’t dropshadow

Position tube on left. Duplicate, and move one copy below frame

On top copy, delete excess, and dropshadow.

Bells – Resize 60% and position over frame on left. Dropshadow

Flower 2 – Resize 60% and position left.
Duplicate, mirror and resize 80%. Move to the right. ( you can rearrange all the flower elements once everything is in position ).

Birdhouse – Resize 75%. Mirror and position on right

Berry Branch – Resize 60%. Mirror. Free rotate left 28

Calla Lily – Resize 60%

Basket 2 – Resize 50%

Basket – Resize 50% then 85%

Bird – Resize 40% twice

Free rotate right 30 and sharpen.

Place on blue baskets.

Duplicate - mirror and place as desired

Eggs – Resize 40% then 68%. Position over basket and delete excess hanging over the edge, so it looks like the eggs are in the basket.

To do this, I lowered the opacity of the eggs, using my selection tool on feather 1.

Eggs 3 – Resize 30% then 60%. Sharpen. Dropshadow

Flowerspray 2 – Resize 50%. Position on bottom of frame. Sharpen & dropshadow.

Goose – Resize 40%

Goose 2 - Resize 40%

Lantern - Resize 60%

Pearl Blossom - Resize 30% then 80%

Butterfly 2 – Mirror. Resize 30% then 75%

Duplicate – mirror and resize 80%

Crop & resize if desired.
