and I liked the way it turned out.

Minimize your Mask-HeartsnRibbons

Paper-FlyB-Copy>Paste as New Layer

Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image>HnR>OK

Layers>Merge Group

Sharpen>Clarify

Frame 24- Copy>Paste into Layer

Sharpen>Drop shadow

Paper 3- 500x500>Paste into Frame

Sharpen>Clarify

Open Tube- Copy>Paste  into frame as shown

Clarify

Element 27-Paste to top left,under frame>

Duplicate layer>Paste to right

Sharpen

Element 22- Ribbon- 600x426>Paste to Bottom under frame

Sharpen>Drop shadow

Element 20- Ribbon Net- Paste to bottom with other ribbon

Sharpen

Element 19- Green Leaves-450x187>Paste to left under frame>

Duplicate layer>Paste to right

Sharpen>Drop shadow

Element 10- 150x157> Butterfly>Paste to right> Duplicate layer>

Paste to left>Sharpen>Drop shadow

Element 13-Pearls>Paste at Bottom>Sharpen

Bird Cage- Copy>Paste top left>Adjust a lil smaller>

Sharpen

Element 18-Basket-Paste to Left bottom under Frame

Sharpen>Drop shadow

Element 28-Keys>Paste to top Right >Colorize to Sepia is optional

Sharpen>Clarify

Element 5-Flower-150x145>Duplicate layer x 2>paste as shown

Sharpen>Drop shadow

Element 12-Umbrella>225x225>Paste bottom Left

Sharpen>Clarify

Element 25-226x140-Bow>Paste to left>

Sharpen

Before we Merge make sure all is where you like and I sometimes make my Mask a lil bigger to enhance the whole creation which is optional

Layers>Merge Visible

Add your Copyright Information 

Merge Visible again

Sharpen>Drop shadow

Save your tag as the original , then add a Name 

and save it separately

 All Finished!!
