Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 046

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.

Open new canvas 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer

Selections – select all

Paste Paper 12 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask 0Mask 046

In layers palette, merge group.

Duplicate mask – mirror. Merge both mask layers together

Element 37 (Green Frame)

Paste above mask layer.

Free rotate left 90.

Click inside frame with magic wand.

Selections – modify – expand 4

Layers – new raster layer.
Paste Paper 14 into selection

Deselect.

In layers palette, move paper 14 to sit below frame.

Sharpen paper

Dropshadow frame

Element 31 (Green flower)

Resize 60%

Paste above frame layer.

Slide down to bottom left of frame.

Sharpen

Element 30 (Red flower)

Resize 50%

Paste above green flower layer.

Slide down to bottom left of frame.

Sharpen

Element 48 (Vine)

Resize 60%

Paste above red flower layer.

Slide to top right corner.

Sharpen

Duplicate twice

On one copy – mirror

On the other copy – flip.

Resize this copy 80% and slide down.

Duplicate - mirror

Dropshadow all four copies

Element 71 (Red banner)

Paste above vine layers.

Slide to top center.

Sharpen

Resize 80%

Paste above red banner layer.

Slide right

Resize 50%

Paste above tree layer.

Slide left.
