Font of choice – I used Blueplate special, found

Mask of choice – I used 0Mask 046

I’m not sure where I got this mask, so if it is yours, please let me know and I will either remove it, or give credit.

Template layers will be identified with capitals, and items from the scrapkit will be in lower case.

Open Template. Copy, and close original.

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Open BG  (at the bottom) and fill with white.

Delete top layer (info),  Wordart, Wordart back, Gold Swirl and Green Circle.

Click on Gold strip and carefully erase the lines at the left and right.

Do the same for the Green strip

Click on White background

Layers – new raster layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Paste Paper 11 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask 0Mask 46

In layers palette, merge group.

Drop opacity to 60

Droplets

Resize 105%

Paste above mask layer

Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

RED SQUARE

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 9 into selection.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

RED SQUARE FRAME

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 13 into selection.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice

Adjust – add noise Gaussian 40

Dropshadow

Delete template layer.

LEFT TAB

Resize Paper 10 60%

Paste above left tab layer and slide left to cover the template.

Click on LEFT TAB

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 10 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

In layers palette, move right tab up to sit above the RIGHT TAB template

Delete template layer for left and right tabs.

Give inner bevel of choice

Dropshadow both

GREEN SQUARE  

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection.

Deselect.

Sharpen paper.

GREEN SQUARE FRAME 

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 13 into selection.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice

Adjust – add noise Gaussian 40

Dropshadow

Delete template layer

Paper 8 – resize 80% and paste above GRADIENT OVAL

In layers palette, move GOLD OVAL to sit above paper 8.

Click on GRADIENT OVAL

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat.

Click on GOLD OVAL and hit delete. DO NOT DESELECT

Selections – invert. Click on Paper 8 and hit delete.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

GOLD OVAL (Now a frame)

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 13 into selection.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice

Adjust – add noise Gaussian 40

Dropshadow

In layers palette, move this frame up to sit above red strip.

GOLD STRIP

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with White.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice

Delete template layer.

GREEN STRIP

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with #420024.

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice

Set foreground color to #986f86  and Background to #404040

Make background gradient 0 degrees with 1 repeat (dark grey should be top and bottom)

RED STRIP

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient

Deselect.

Give inner bevel of choice

Delete template layer

RED CIRCLE

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with white

Deselect.

Slide to the far right.

Sharpen.

Erase the bottom half
